      Amazing customer service ********* has been wonderful and attentive. After receiving my results only days after both blood and DNA tests. They sent me 10X Optimize, 5-MTHF, and Alpa Testosterone Support. I felt better after week one to the point of joining a gym after 30 years of not going. Then I had my video call with NP ******************************* who taught me more in one hour about myself and my bloodwork that was reviewed line by line. I went over it with my PC they said they feel like they are in the dark ages. We made up an action plan I made changes to my diet. By week three I have had much more energy better sleep and feel sharper mentally. They will watch over me for the next 10 weeks with blood tests. I feel like I have been working out for years after eating right and listening to what they recommended and implementing better self care.

      If I could give this company less than a 1 star review I would. Out of 4 of the **** test we sent it, we have only received 1 back and it has been over 6 months. Then the supplements they recommend are basically a boosted up version of a multivitamin. Their customer service is just as terrible. I have screen shots of their return policy that was actually changed in between the days it took them to respond to me after I began reaching out with my concerns. Very disappointing. Please be aware any claim they are making on their websites, they do not stand behind. ALOT of misrepresentation through this company which then leads me to question the actual legitimacy of their $600 test and the results they provide.

      Thank you for responding11 months later. If you are interested in truly resolving the issue and not just trying to leave a canned response to my review, you can respond to the email string where I included screenshots of the return policy that was changed as well as all of the other concerns and complaints I expressed. I tried many many times to reach out to that email you provided to resolve this before leaving a review, so I will not be taking any additional time to do so.

      Terrible customer service. Never received a call to go over test results. No response to emails, only that we will have someone reach out to you. Only thing they do is give vitamins which you can get from anywhere. Waste of time *** money.

      Terrible customer service. Failed to provide blood results for over 6 months. Reached out multiple times just to be given excuses or told someone will be reaching out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      Worst customer service ever!!! Joined in January, had issues since day one. It's now 3 months later and I tried to cancel my subscriptions but for some reason it will not log me into my back office and says user not found. I have sent three separate emails and called repeatedly. Customer service rep ALWAYS says they cannot fix the issue but will have someone call back. They NEVER call back. She also claimed she had NO access to my emails and only the 'individual' had the authority to cancel subscriptions. As a customer service rep, they should be able to do ALL of that. Today, I am going to my bank to block ALL transactions from this company! My suggestion...stay far away from them.

      I have the exact same complaints as everyone else. They take money then dont get back to you for months on end. After getting results and pills they prescribed I have never felt worse in my life and my blood pressure is off the charts and worst part is nobody will even respond to my life threatening symptoms. I cannot believe ******************* associates his good name with this complete scam of a company.

      I want to share my experience with 10X Health. I came across their services after watching ************************* video with *******************. However, I fell victim to their scam, which not only cost me thousands of dollars but also had a negative impact on my health. The prescription drugs and supplements they recommended caused me to develop internal bleeding within two weeks of starting their treatment.10X Health is an unethical and unprofessional company that lacks basic communication skills. They do not answer phone calls, messages, emails, or follow-up appointments. In short, they are the worst of the worst and my experience with them has been the most disappointing one that I have ever had in the healthcare industry.I strongly advise you to stay away from them and do not become another victim of their scam. Please take the time to read their reviews and do your own research before making any decisions. I have all the evidence and testing to back up my story, and I am confident in my ability to expose these scammers.In conclusion, I am in good hands now and I will do whatever it takes to make sure that nobody else falls prey to these unethical practices.Note: I wish I can post pictures demonstrating my bleeding but they are very graphic and I do not want this review to be flagged and removed.

      I received my results timely and the information provided a good explanation. Cheek swab worked well (not rejected). I have been taking supplements as directed and Im sleeping 100% better.

      Poor customer service!. I have paid back in February a phone call to review lab results and here we are in April and still nothing. I have sent multiple emails complaining and asking the status and still nothing. Just called today for a refund! It seems nobody knows whats going on or on the same page. All customer service can tell you is that "We will send a message for someone to call you back" I am over it !! Never again and i sure as heck do not recommend.

      Waste money bigger waste of time- take months and months to get things done that they claim immediately needed (to get pre-paid) then after months of waiting for appt, they ghost for zoom & calls. And when you call to see what happened they say, oh our nurse/dr needed to cancel, but we can reschedule for8 weeks out. And after you paid for your blood work & consultations, not able to get meds, felt so important need to prescribe. This company makes money off of new customer acquisitions and initial fees, not servicing the ones they have
