      Very poor customer service. Disappointing it took four months for an appointment to review my gene and blood tests. Then I finally get an appointment and on the day of the call using my US cell phone, calling in from my work location in Peru, the 10 X tech informed me she could not talk to me because I was outside of her jurisdiction. When I called for a new appointment, the representative said for faster service I needed to pay and additional the 119.00. I stopped recommending the company to friends.

      I ordered me and my wife each a kit for a Christmas gift ... $600 each for a total of $1200. We received our kits within 2 weeks and sent them back right away. After 2 months I called to find out why we haven't gotten our results back and were told that we needed to take the test again, so they sent 2 new kits. We got those kits and returned them right away. After 2 1/2 months I called them again and asked what the problem was and they said they had some defective kits and we needed to take the test again. So now my December Christmas gift is already 5 months late and she wants to send us 2 more kits which means at least 2 more months to get them and the results back. I said ... as much as we want to see our test results ... who knows how long this will take, and will the test even be correct since the last 4 test kits you sent were defective. I told her I wanted a full refund and she surprisingly did just that. My son also bought a kit from them in December and has gone through the same problems we had. He still hasn't gotten his results back and will probably ask for the refund too. When you are concerned abot you health and want to know whats going on with your body ... you don't want to wait 7-8 months for test results to come back .... I'm not sure I'd rely on this company with my health concerns.

      I wanted to add my experience. I originally ordered my kit, was kept in the loop via email when it shipped and of course was able to track it to my door.Once I received the kit I was unable to complete it due to some damage in the shipping process. I called the number on the package, shared my info and within 2 business days a new kit was shipped over night with an overnight return label. Three (3) days later I received an email with my results! Not one complaint, and I hope they are able to overcome the surge of complaints since the ***************** podcast.

      ***BUYER BEWARE*** Regardless of 10x feeling they have fulfilled their end of their arrangement, If 99.999% of your customers walk away feeling dissatisfied or SCAMMED, then more then likely not the best place to go to get this procedure done. They are impossible to get a hold of took 4 months to get someone on the phone after completing the test and at which point they will ask you for more money. STAY AWAY and good luck working with your bank to dispute they do JUST enough to make sure they're covered on any attempts to charge back. ***BUYER BEWARE***

      Worst company ever! I paid way too much for a blood test and they said I would have a personal consultation to discuss. We scheduled an appointment for 3 months after my test (that was the soonest THEY could do it) and when the day came, they never did the consultation. I called 30 minutes before to confirm and the lady who answered said that we were still on and confirmed my phone number. The time came and went and they never called. I called back and let her know they never called me and she said, "Wow, thats unfortunate, we will have to reschedule." Next available appointment is just under 4 months from now. $600 blood test that only costs $97 from a REAL doctor is a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Complete rip off. Only gave them 1 star since I can't leave zero.

      Order the Genetic Test, received it in 2 weeks. Sent back and had the results in 4 weeks. Pretty much what I anticipated. The results were sent via email and took my time to research the results. Set up the review meeting (for a fee?) but worth the meeting. **** was informative and very helpful. I'm reading a lot of negative comments here and did not experience anything like this. No one has pushed any vitamins on me. Only suggestions, I already take a number that were highlighted. I am taking the next step to get the specific vitamin pack for me. The cost is on the high side but all the free information received from ****, it seems worth it. I've added his morning ritual to mine and have seen a huge difference and this was at no cost. Got to give them a 5.

      I have been trying for a month now to talk to a supervisor or my wellness provider to refill a prescription and I am still waiting for a call back. Horrible customer service. All they care about is your initial money to get you in and quit responding back to you when you need them and actually want to give them more business.

      Signed up for lab work. Right after sent me several supplements. Took months to get a call for them to go over lab work, not actually go over; just to book the appointment. I told them its been months without lab work explanation by 10x medical experts. Supplement's did absolutely zero and they are still harassing me.

      Very poor customer service. I bought the multivitamin and on the first morning of taking the capsule I experienced chest tightness and shallow breathing.I tried the second and 3rd day and symptoms persist.I called the number on the bottle for return and refund of product and was I told 10X HEALTH DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. THIS IS NOT THE AGREEMENT WHEN I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT.THIS IS SCAMMING BUYERS AND SHOULD BE STOOPPED!!

      10x Health is one of the biggest scam's i have seen in the Health Industry. ********************* probably means what he says but since Grant ********************** got involved it is absolutely nothing but a scam. You can get better supplements from Amazon. The Gene ******** test is less than $200 and I got better workout and diet recommendations from my GP. Stay so far away from these disgusting scam artists and do you own research.
