      I ordered the test like others only to have the tell me it was rejected. To many people looking to improve their quality of life have been negatively affected by this company!!! Waiting on a full refund!!! DO NOT BY INTO THIS COMPANY SERVICES!!!

      They have a great message from ************ Too bad everything else kind of sucked.I paid extra to get my **** test explained, only to find out it would take 3 months for that call. I tried to cancel 1 minute after I paid. They said they wouldn't do it. After waiting 3 months I got the call and everything they told me I already knew. It was a 2-3 minute call. I ask the lady one question..."What comes next"? She told me she only does the reading of the **** test. I hung up feeling cheated. The last thing is they charge $16.95 to ship their overpriced vitamins.10x.......I am out. My wife uses a great company which I will soon switch to******************** ********* is unbelievable. They come to your house and draw blood. They document your blood panels on an easy and accessible website. It's incredible. I have no affiliation with Lifeforce I am only speaking what I have seen.

      This company is a rip you off. I paid to have genetics test done, seems to be a one size fits all thing, then paid to for the supplement that the testing said I was deficient in, no benefit at all. They got me for almost 700 dollars between the testing and 1 supplement order. After ordering the supplements I inquired about how do I get the ******************* results. They then told me I would now need to pay some ungodly amount for some blood test. Really! Why the wait, why not let folks know up front the total cost of everything. ******************* you need to be ashamed of yourself attaching you name this these scammers. Stay far away, people, you've been warned!!!

      It took you guys almost a year to respond to this complaint. To answer your question, no nothing was ever resolved. This is the first time I've heard anything from your company. It's been more than a year since I made a complaint. I'm truly surprised that someone even took the time to respond after all this time. Needless to say, I was disappointed but expect nothing from you at this point. I wish you guys all the best God bless you all.

      I made consultation appointment with a person named Cameron ***. The morning of the phone call at 6:30 am i got an appointment cancelation email without any explanation. I emailed them twice asking why this appointment was canceled without any explanation. I never got a replay or curtesy phone. I actually went back on their website and asked for another consultation appointment. It's been a week now and they have not asked to setup an appointment. This place sounds like a scam. And after reading these other posts it aounds like they need to be investigated!

      Back in October I ordered testing for the full blood panel and genetic testing. I got 0 results. I called and emailed several times and they said they were back up because of their interview on the Joe R***n podcast. 12 weeks after the genetic testing they said the swab was dry and they needed a new test completed. I did a second test and still did not receive results. I asked for a refund for the blood work and genetic testing. They said they were only able to refund the genetic testing. I would never work with this company again. As previous reviewers have stated, this is a scam. Do not fall for it.

      Complete scam and marketing gimmick to sell vitamins. No actual medical test results provided just a copy and past chart that likely everyone gets as their "results". For $600 + that they charge it is definitely not worth it. Zero stars from me.

      **** company will not offer a refund on there services. On 2/23/24 my wife and I sent in DNA for test results.On 3/6/24 received and an email stating or test were being sent to us. Even though we already sent them in.On 3/12/24 my wife call 10x were she was told by staff both of our tests were rejected and new tests were sent to us.On 3/15/24 we both received emails stating our test results were being processed. Later that day we received test results. On 3/20/24 we both received emails that our results would be in our hands soon. Called and filed a complaint on 3/21/24 asking for retest or refund. Told they needed to send an email to customer service and they would get back to me. 3/29/24 had not been contacted by customer service so called back asking to talk to a supervisor. Told again would need to send email and they would get back to me. 4/1/24 talked to supervisor wouldn't refund money said no mistake had happened on the tests and ended up hanging up on me.

      Scam! Change your credit card numbers, they will keep charging you and telling you they have cancelled your membership (which you never signed up for in the first place) and doing it again and again.
