      The vitamins were very good as far as I could tell. I did not "jnow" I was subscribing for autoshipments. I was doing bloodwork though the medical side who suggested their suppluments. When I was laid off they told me to email this address which I did3 times.They never stopped the shipments. I called client services and she said she couldn't do it, that I had to create an account and log in to do it myself. WTH. Just.....don't. Gary C******, you should know better! Gary B*****, separate yourself from these people

      Everything was handled! The first *** did ot seem to know how to handle cancellations. But the following day or two I received another e-mail from someone else that it had been cancelled and taken are of. Very professionally handled, Thank you very much!

      This is an update on the company 10X Genetic Testing. Don't buy into their claims. I've been dealing with this company since May. I already wrote about all the problems I experienced. I finally received the testing after 3 months. They claim it will take 2 weeks. They had my birthdate wrong which is crazy because I put my birthdate on every page of the forms. When reading the printout, it states dont smoke, exercise, eat fruits and vegetables. Really! I use to be a fitness trainer. All it saud about supplements was to take Zinc and Magnesium, which I already do. I spoke to Noah, who is supposedly a mgr. After 4 conversations, he stated that he was going to refund me the total amount, which was $599.00. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. It wasn't easy coming up with this amount. As to date, I've never received a refund. When I call the customer service number, no one calls me back. This is such an unethical company. All I can say is beware.

      Agree with all I've been reading about this company - only wish we had read this before we jumped on board! We got my husband's test back ok. Sounded reasonable considering the way he was feeling and the company's explanation of why he was feeling this way. So, we purchased the supplements. DID NOT KNOW IT WAS A SUBSCRIPTION! Once we got them, reading the ingredients, found out he couldn't take them due to medications he's on. Tried to return it, unopened, but no returns accepted! Now we are stuck with 3 bottles of nothing we can use. Fast forward to, last Friday, get an email at 5:30 that another shipment is being sent. After we already told them we didn't want them 2 months back! Of course they weren't open.. And by Monday I didn't get a return phone call or answered email. Another day goes by, after telling them to cancel the order, and we get confirmation of the shipment being sent. Maddening! Another bunch of emails and attempts to log on to the account. A week later still not able to reset the password, get a human to help, nor confirm they're canceling the account. Who even knows if the supplements are anything other than talcum powder? Not us! Nor will we find out! Chalk up to an expensive ****** not to believe everything you see on podcasts tiktok, any social media sites. Unless you like throwing money away. Actually, if you do like throwing money away, I'll send you my Venmo. At least it will be to an honest person you can talk to.

      This is an overall assessment of the 10X service: I feel I'm no more than a number with 10X. Given that the services and products being rendered are health related and that I'm paying a massive premium for everything I have purchased from you, I should be receiving absolutely stellar personal service. However, the service received is quite bad. I would score it a 3 out of 10 * You need to empower your people to be able to make decisions to keep your clients satisfied. If you cannot empower your people and entrust them to make good decisions, then you need to reassess who you are hiring.I could go on and on, but I'll leave the examples above to speak for themselves.I find it frustrating that you have all these high profile people, like **** *****, who promote 10X and sing your praises. I have absolutely zero doubt that the level of attention and care people like this are given by 10X is entirely different from the level of care and services you provide to your regular clients. That should not be the case.Perhaps you have grown faster than your customer care can keep up with. I get it. I own and operate a service business. However, if we gave the same terrible level of service and care you are currently giving to your clients, we would not be able to stay in business. You need to do a lot better!My hope is to receive a response from an executive level manager, but I'm quite certain that will not happen. It would be great if you did the right thing and proved me wrong on my assumption.

      UPDATE: I had a nice conversation with ****** at 10X. They recognize their shortcomings in the area of customer service and are committed to making improvements.I'm still a client of 10X and look forward to better days!

      In terms of supplements I don't think they're "bad" products. However like most supplements effectiveness I think it depends on many external factors "nutrition, exercise, life habits, consistency, etc" along with for most basic supplementation needs you can purchase individual products from multiple legitimate supplement companies that have quality ingredients as well.The issue is the seemingly impossible route you have to take to cancel a subscription. Created account with saved email and password has on different occasions not allowed me to sign in because of "incorrect information", log out wait time due to failed attempts. Going the process of requesting an password reset link yet never receiving an email over and over again, difficulty to navigate to a clear cancel subscription link, lack of customer service help. Meaning very basic and generic answers to the problems you may be facing.Everything seems very tactical when it comes to subscriptions by forcing consumers to be frustrated during the process and simply give up or forget. Likely on purpose to reduce overall churn on eft subscriptions overall. Wouldn't have been opposed to buying other products if it wasn't for the feeling of purposely making it impossible to cancel. ***** "yet shady" from a business standpoint, but I doesn't feel like to me Breckas true goal is to actually help people and provide value in the space of health. Rather than use brand, ambassadors, and strategic difficulties to increase his bottom line. Go buy your multivitamins elsewhere. My opinion.

      I ordered and paid for supplements and after a week had gotten no updates on shipping. There are no humans there to discuss this with. Ive tried to cancel and all Ive gotten are messages from bots. What I dont know is if Im dealing with someones Shopify store or if Im dealing with 10x, or if theres a difference. Either way I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

      I got a genetic test kit from them. All I can say, is DO NOT USE this company. Their customer service is appalling. I have had to chase them for 2 weeks to get my results. After repeatedly being told they had escalated my complaint regarding the loss of my sample, that they would contact me straight away, they did not. I finally said that if I did not receive my results within 24 hours I wanted a refund. *** and behold they finally sent them. The information they provide for the result is next to useless and contains no useful details. It is purely to sell supplements (understandably). 600 dollars waisted on snake oil salesmen. If they are not actually out and out scam artists, then they are 100% incompetent business people. Terrible service, terrible product!

      My husband and I both started this almost a year ago. I quit taking it after seeing and feeling no results. He was told he was going to be put on testosterone shots and would need to be closely monitored. His original dr is no longer allowed in our state so they had to change his provider. Long story. Now we are going to our local dr because hes at high risk from the shots for a stroke or heart attack.

      This company is a JOKE. I paid 1299.00 for the genetic test and I can tell you what I wanted months for is a complete joke. There is literally no good information in the report, its soeley to get you to buy supplements from them. The food list is a joke. According to their report there is nothing I can eat to lose weight but fruit and some sea food, not one other protein is recommended. BUYER BEWARE SCAM I'm so dissapointed

      SCAM Buyer beware!! I purchased their test system back in March and never received results. Inquired several times to be told over and over they were still working on my test. The initial time frame was to be 2-4 weeks, then I was told 4-6 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and I was told my birthdate was incorrect so they would need my personal information again and send another test kit out. Not falling for it again!!Do not waste your $$ or time!!
