      If I could give it zero star I would. Their customer service is terrible by far. Tried on many calls to find out why haven't receive my whole order with no answer. They were really quick to take money but not to give what I paid for. I no contact to even give a reason. This is fraud in my concern. Filed this with my bank for a total refund. I would like to sue for consumer fraud also for this time waiting for the product not received. Wonder why they are not BBB accredited because rating is very low.

      Complete rip off. They provide virtually nothing in terms of analysis and then try to get you to pay an additional $119 for actual analysis.

      Purchased the $599 Genetic test on July 5th 2024. Received first email confirmation of processing July 27th. Today is Oct 1, and still waiting on results. Have reached out to customer service 3 times and not received any response. Appears to be a scam.

      Saw this company and product via **** ****** on Instagram. He SEEMS very knowledgeable and legit, and since he vouches for 10x so hard I figured they must be good. I ordered 2 bimonthly subscriptions of the multivitamin but after doing more research on supplements (like learning about third party testing and 10x does not) and HORRIBLE reviews, I decided to cancel. I purchased on August 25 so round 2 of the product shouldn't be getting to me until October 25th.Fishy thing is, when I log into their website it says I have 0 orders and 0 subscriptions, and when I click the link they send after purchasing to manage my subscription it says it's expired and to log in. I emailed them last night on September 30 and today received the following email below. Same thing many other reviews said. I emailed back that I know this is fale because, A. my card hasn't been charged yet, and B. why would you issue a product on a timed plan almost a month early? I just got off the phone with my bank and did a stop payment. This company is a scam. And I no longer listen to ******. I'm now purchasing products from ******, who is third party certified by various entities.Hi xxxxx, We have tried to forward your concern to the appropriate department to cancel your order. Unfortunately, the supplements have already been processed. We are unable to cancel the order at this time.       This company delivered my supplements to the wrong address 4 times. I had the address correct and corrected them every step of the way. I spent hours upon hours of time trying to sort the issue out and I was never offered a solution. One of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. At this point they have taken my money and will not give it back ( over 600$) I would highly recommend staying clear of this company.

      We are sorry for the confusion regarding your MGT test results.  Our systems are showing we sent an email with a link to your results on July 8 and again on September 27th, but that the emails have not been opened yet.  The emails came from "no-****************************************** and were sent to ************************ the email we have on file for you.


      Please search your email for that From: address, including any spam folders to see if you just missed them, or if there is another email address you would prefer to use.  


      I'm sorry this has been frustrating for you - hopefully you are able to access your results with this direction and continue on your 10X journey.  If you still have issues, please respond here and I would be happy to have someone reach out.

      DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! BEFORE I EVEN HAD RESULTS FOR THE INITIAL TESTING I DID THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TESTING. YOU HAVE TO PAY $150 TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR RESULTS. THEY HAVE SENT ME SEVERAL EMAILS SAYING MY RESULTS ARE IN BUT I CANNOT ACCESS THEM. I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND JUST KEEP GETTING THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. DEFINETLY A COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

      Horrible costumer service. Received email that my son results are ready but I cant access them bc hes under 18, even though I sent and paid for them. Trying to resolve it but for 7 days calling and sending emails all I get someone will take a look and fix it and nothing happens. I figured for $1,299 that they charge at least they can give you some results but nothing TOTAL SCAM!!!!Get yr testing done by someone else. This company just takes money with big promises. When they answer the phone you get generic response but you cant even talk to a manager bc they work from home. Total waste of money, time and endless frustration.

      During the purchase there was an error where the customer never was asked for their ***. They only provided the *** for the minor which created an error in our system. We were able to identify this issue and resolve the error. **** was reached out to and walked through how to access her portal and walk through the results.       I have never been more frustrated with customer service and the lack of communication in a company. They are quick to take your money. Absolutely horrible at following up. They do not have providers to speak to about your lab work. I have to initiate communication weekly to get scheduled with a provider and every **** week, it's the same unprofessional response. "Be patient." "Our team will reach out to you." This response has been given to me weekly for almost two months.
