      Been following **** for about a year recently got all my tests done. Ive had several conversations with their team members to go over results health plans etc. They respond quickly and are all helpful and friendly. Would recommend to others

      No issues with shipping Personnel knows the nutritional / medical information. 10x follows up consistently with me on my progress. I will no longer see my general doctor for guidance. She / they know nothing about nutrients in food or supplements that bridge the gap in my diet / food. 10x helps and guides you towards success! I highly recommend/ I have referred many family and friends. 10x follows through with what they claim to do for the client. I highly recommend!!!

      I have never had a single issue with shipping and Ive been with 10x since December 2023. Obviously my subscription orders are always on time but I also order a bunch of separate stuff (vitamins, peptides) and they always provide tracking and its been very reliable. My constant txt messaging with my ***resentative is such a valuable experience for me. I know the *** on the other end might not always be the same person, but each member of 10x I have dealt with have been dedicated to the customer experience and its been positive. Early on it was a little tough as the demand for the genetic methylation test was off the charts. They couldnt keep up. But they stayed in touch to ensure I was informed and thats what mattered to me. **************** 101. Thank you!-****

      STAY AWAY! 10X customer service is absolutely horrible. They charged me for supplements that were canceled. Still have not refunded me. I have spent hours on the phone and every person I speak to says they cant do anything on there end and will put in a request. Have been dealing with this for weeks. 100% stay away from these scam artists

      I ordered supplements, but haven't received them yet. I wanted to check to see if they shipped my order, but I haven't had any luck with their log in or password recovery system. I reached out via email and have yet to receive a reply. After reading the over 80 negative customer reviews, I fear that I am one of many scammed customers.
