This is one of the worst companies I have EVER worked for. They are very picky when they grade your calls, they don't mention having to pay IBO and platform fees until aftee you sign your contract, they tell you that your paid for servicing and that if calls aren't coming in your still paid but what they don't tell you is that if calls aren't coming in your NOT actually getting paid. When it comes to selecting hours to service, you literally have to go to war to get hours because the hours dissapear really fast so then your stuck with only 7 to 8 hours for the week. If you basically want to be robbed of your money you worked for then go ahead and work here but if you like to keep your whole paycheck then DO NOT work here!

This is a horrible company to work for. I used to be an agent and invested in becoming an IBO, once i did that, I hired a few agents throughout **********, and all of a sudden my IBO contract was terminated. No reasons were never given. I have tried multiple times to request an explanation and is been over 1 month and no luck. Very unprofessional and unethical. I recommend to stay away from this people. All my agents paid for background checks were and then dropped as well with any notification. Everyone was dropped/terminated without a justifiable reason. Every one just invested and lost money with this company, I am ashamed with my agents as I had informed them this "company was good to work for". I had to pay back the background checks for everyone on my ********** agents had 3-4weeks in training, It was just a horrible and a very very bad experience. Stay away from these people! I do not given them any stars, it would be *****.

BEWARE! No way to contact anyone to verify a legitimate hiring. I was hired for a Data Entry/Customer Assistant by ********************************* (who apparently doesnt exist) through an app called Signal instructed by ******* from Indeed via text to download app for interview) and emails from hrarisevirtualsolutions copies of my personal records, verified. I was told I would be contacted Monday and have not heard anything from anyone since Saturday when they got my personal information and ID. I should have known it was too good to be true great pay, paid training, give you a check for office equipment, flexible hours? All lies and a scam. Arise needs to have a help line to verify these hiring processes to confirm they are real or something. You have to search for a needle and a haystack for contact info and I still havent heard back from Arise after filling out a contact us form. I hope this doesnt happen to anymore people. Get it together Arise.

The new CEO is sending ******** jobs overseas (this happened to the entire department I worked with), but my main complaint is they are purposely capping hours, in most cases five hours a week just enough to get their platform fee of $19.95. So if you make $13 an hour and only get five hours per week , thats $110. Minus the fee, your only bring home $90.10 ever two weeks! Unethical business practices!

I began with Arise on 04/13/2023 I've been required to pay a fee of sixty dollars for a background check. Which is fine but when I changed departments it was requested that I pay an additional sixty dollars for a background check which is outrageous in that short amount of time. I have not been paid since I began. Also, there has been a multitude of technical issues that hinder my productivity from their remote desktop. I have brought these issues to my Team Lead with no results to assist my situation. I feel that their only concern is collecting the background check fee that is the only time that they will communicate it is an elaborate *******.

They terminated my sow for inaccurate CES scores that hadnt been updated in 2 weeks. They also sent me a VOC snapshot with someone elses name on it but my CSP Id was attached to it. My IBO created a case for me but Im still losing money and all of my hours were taken from me that were already hard to get. I put a month into this program Im servicing without being paid. I should have read the reviews before I signed up with them because they are indeed extremely accurate. Ive begin consulting with a lawyer about wrongful termination for both ********** and ARISE. When it comes out that they terminated my sow when my CES scores were meeting program requirements because of a glitch in their system, I most definitely will be coming for lost wages because ********** nor ARISE honored the contract between ** and thats ILLEGAL. Please read the reviews before partnering with this company. They are scamming people.

If I can review and give 0 stars I would, Do not waste your time and work here. Everything is good until their system glitches and says they cannot verify your identity and issue immediate termination with no point of contact before the problem arises. I sat in training for 4 weeks completed every homework sometimes up to 1hr after training and finally accepted hours for employment once training was completed. My account was closed with no explanation when I contacted arise via email, they stated that my account was terminated because they cannot verify my identity. Even though they have a signed affidavit before classes began with photos to prove identity. It's been almost 1 month and the account is still not restored even when I complied with every request asked from Arise to have employment restored because clearly an error. Email sent to registration@arise send proof of identity with 2 minutes of request and nothing after, no response at all, then I reached out to compliance@arise and to questions@arise Someone followed up on 05/12/2023 and requested more documents and stated that they will forward to necessary party, I am the only one that is following up and I'm guessing it's because I'm the only one not working but actually working to get my account restored. After today I gave up trying, I have never failed a QA once and if this is how they treat their employees I am glad I dodged that bullet, i will keep looking for work and promise myself to read all reviews before working for a company like this for 4 weeks with no compensation and working hours I still have not received payment for. I could go on and on but my thing is run, find another company keep running its a waste of time, their turn around is extremely high, this place is a revolving door I wonder why? Your company has failed me and so many others, when people work it's not because they have nothing else to do, IT'S BECAUSE they need the money. So playing around with people's time.

They charged a $100 termination fee and I was never told that would a occur. It was also not listed ** any contracts. I will be looking into whether that is legal or not.

Want to get paid half your worked hours 2 months after & a month of unpaid training? You may want to consider. Want to work with a company that doesnt care about issues youre facing then get penalized while reporting those issues that is out of your control? I think were working with something here. How about a company with no toll-free number for you to call for emergencies and/or assistance based calls? Sounds like the company for you.
