This company sounds good when looking for a remote job to be able to work from home. But when you apply and realize all of the stipulations that come with it, it can get discouraging and frustrating. You have to be hard wired with every piece of equipment used and they make you download a whole lot of things to your personal computer while also telling you that you cant have your virus protection. You have to train for a month or longer for 4-6 hours FOR FREE!!!!! And if you dont attend every training day you get dropped. Then you do not actually get trained as instructors dont even answer your questions all they say is have you researched this question. So when you start you really know absolutely nothing!!! To make matters worse when you start they cap the hours that you can work and at any given time can go in and delete your entire schedule and make you REMAKE Your schedule. Which is difficult because you have to play hungry hungry hippos to even get any hours. And then the expectations that they require of you are unrealistic but if you dont meet them your SOW can be terminated..

This is outrageous. The *** I worked for has been dissolved, yet Arise refuses to remove them from their system so I can service another ***. I have contacted them multiple times and each time they tell me they are sending an urgent email to their Supervisor and I will receive an email from them. I have yet to receive any email from Arise and the *** I worked for, KB ****************** LLC, somehow continues to operate within Arise Virtual Solutions' system, which is ILLEGAL, yet I can't get anyone to act on this. I called the US ******** of ***** and they refused to direct me anywhere and it seems impossible to file a complaint with any **************** of *****. If thinking about working for someone within Arise Virtual Solutions, be VERY careful about who it is and be prepared to get a lawyer. The contract I signed with KB Direct was violated, as I was also shorted nearly $400. My attempt to reach a resolution with KB Direct failed and when I quit working, because no one is going to work for free, their response was to terminate my contract. Something needs to be done and pressure needs to be put on Arise Virtual Solutions or more people are going to continue to get scammed. BEWARE potential employee.

Did an interview with them via ****** Chat. The Interviewer had poor grammar. Once they stated that I got the job, they said ************ will provide you with everything needed for this job and it will be delivered to your address. Once your complete working materials are delivered, your training starts immediately. And you will receive video call during your training process for better understanding of your job." Then immediately after they messaged me "You will receive a check from the company which will be used to purchase everything needed and you will also be instructed on everything you have to do." When I asked why send a check to me when they should purchase the equipment for legal and tax purposes, they said "Because the company want you to be part of the purchase so you can have the payment receipt in your names as confirmation to receive the materials once they arrive. Nothing more! Thats the company process." When I pointed out their grammatical errors, they blocked me. I believe they are trying to scam people.

I cannot get paid correctly and getting the run around. I am going to the ***** *********** today to file a complaint. They messed up my check and expect me to wait 2 weeks for them to give me another wrong check. Its obvious this next check is going to be wrong because they refuse to read my SOW to see how I am supposed to be paid. I have dropped all my time and looking for work elsewhere. I have contacted both providers and thanked them for the opportunity but ARISE refuses to pay me correctly and they cannot read or add. Why would someone start a company to penalize you for working for them. I have emailed management ************************* who is manager of Customer Success and he was completely useless. He lied to me at 6:00am saying he and his colleagues was going to look at this. Just for him to tell me oh you opened a ticket just respond to them and DID NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have asked Chat and asked for a Supervisor or to speak with someone directly so we can solve this and move on NO ONE EXISTS! So as long as ARISE OWES YOU MONEY FORGET IT! OH AND IF YOU ARE DUE A REFERRAL FEE LOLOLOLOL GOOD LUCK THAT'S A SCAM WITHIN IT'S SELF.

I have worked with Arise since 2016. At first, I appreciated the opportunity to work from home, but it truly comes with so many issues. We are required to pay a fee to them to even use their platform even thought it is a constant source of issues and the LITERAL reason we do not get paid. I recently decided to come back and try working on another client program, but the issues are NON stop and the real kicker is they literally have reduced my pay while working. Nothing in my contract states this and I have had to bring it to their attention, but they, like always, are refusing to acknowledge any issue on their side. Their explanation of the issue even proves my point. My current *** (statement of work) states that I have to work 100 intervals a pay period (50 hours) to be paid **** an interval. If I drop below, I'm paid **** an interval. I also can make a bonus which they offer for good metrics. The *** state it is 10% of my pay. So I work over the 100 required interval and they have paid me 10% of that each time EXCEPT this pay period. They have decided to short me and pay me at the lower rate (****), thereby my 10% is lowered and add the rest of my pay as an adjustment. This is straight up theft and they are refusing to acknowledge this or fix. $**** X 100intervals X 10% is CLEARLY lower then **** X 100 X 10% . It's simple math and theft. I would be happy to show proof. This business should be shut down and companies should be aware of the contract they are getting into and how it will make them look in the long run. The customer service is detrimental to any business.

I have worked for other work from home services, Arise is OK, until you need any type of support or answers. Arise Virtual Solutions has made an art of ducking and dodging and not giving straight answer to questions asked. We all talk about it in a separate chat that we have to help each other. Arise Virtual Solutions gives NO SUPPORT, I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID, I'm still here working and have not been paid. It took me 20 minutes to get past the chat app, which will take you around in circles, to avoid getting you a live person. Once you connect to a chat agent, the company who's business is to supply customer service agents to businesses, does not have enough chat agents of it own, OR support is not a high priority for Arise Virtual Solutions.I enjoy working from home. I enjoy the cruise-line that I work for. What I think ***** is I have not been paid, My invoice is past due they have the information that is needed to pay me and they are annoyed with me for pushing the issue. BE CAREFUL.

Not worth your time. They use you Training is NO pay then they do not provide a proper clarification of the fact you need to work additional hours while in training or they reduce your pay and deduct funds after the invoice is created giving one dollar amount . FRAUD
