Christopher, SERP #392, was outstanding. I called The Drain Team on a Saturday night and relayed a message through their afterhours team regarding a leak from my tub that was seeping into my kitchen, and they promptly called me back on Sunday morning and got a leak detector out the same day. The leak detector was stellar and quickly identified the leak and submitted the findings to The Drain Team. The next day, they sent out Christopher, SERP #392, who walked me through how he was going to approach the issue given there was kitchen cabinetry and drywall in the way of the access point to the tub plumbing. He was extremely thorough and was careful to go about fixing the issue in the least damaging way possible. He successfully repaired the issue without having to remove the cabinetry as was originally feared, and he put everything back together, leaving the work area in better shape than when he arrived. I'm extremely grateful to him and to The Drain Team for their quality professionalism and workmanship and will undoubtedly give them a call again should any other plumbing issues come up.The Drain Team

Had an under sink kitchen leak and my landlord had his handyman take a look at the issue and I already knew he wasnt going to be able to fix it as I had to supply my own tools and ladder when he came a few months ago to fix the porch light. That handyman was here under the sink for 3 1/2 hours the day before and still could not fix it, Im not even sure what he was doing as he went to ********** telling me it needed new drain lines which I checked after he left and there was nothing new under the sink and the Drain Team guy looked and stated the same thing!In the mean time I got a referral from my friend in *************** about the Drain Team and they sent CHRISTOPHER392 to my location in *****. He not only fixed the leak and changed out my faucet and in every step showed and explained everything to me but I had him check the toilet as well since the last year Ive been rigging the chain myself but the last few days before he came it started not flushing right. So, he took a look at it and again explained and showed me the issue and changed out the whole guts of my toilet! I took pictures of everything for my landlord as its coming out of the rent since he authorized it.I am sooooooo grateful the company has great service techs like *********** 392 Who not only replaced and fixed both issues within an hour and 15 mins, The other 45 mins was me explaining what the handyman messed up and the issues I was having and him taking time to show and explain things to me and do the invoices! Where as the handyman was here 3 1/2 hours and did nothing, NOTHINGGGGG!!!Thanks again *********** 392! Youre awesome! :)The Drain Team

We use the Drain Team for the great service we always get. Today we needed to have a leaking pipe fixed and ******* came and took care of it. I had a problem with my toilet when I fell backwards in it as I was recovering from knee replacement. Of course it was 4:30 on Saturday. I called the Drain Team and they sent a very nice and hard working young man named Michael. The toilet was replaced with one we purchased at Home Depot. Michael returned Monday morning and installed our new toilet. He took our old one and was extremely neat and clean. The price was excellent. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing problems in the future! They are as good as it gets!!!The Drain Team
