      Do not trust them with your emails. My business emails were down for 4 days. We are an established business in service for over 10 yrs so you can imagine the impact that made. On day 4 I had my assistant transfer us all to **************** 365.Just Host (owned by ********) claims it was because of our Nameservers being used at ***. Strange because that isn't an issue for ********** They were able to keep everything setup at *** as it was (no changes) and simply put in the correct settings to get the emails managed by ********* alone.What is also fishy about this is that on Monday, we just had an issue with a few clients receiving and sending emails to us (not completely down). So we called to have them fix it, one of the employees reset something on the background and my emails crashed. So before Monday the Nameservers were not an issue but after that they were? They are either this untrained on the backend or trying to get me to move other services to them. I tried to turn off auto cancel - not available as described on their page, so I haven't been able to close the account yet. They also want prorate the cancellation which would have been more than fair considering they actually forced their customer elsewhere due to their lack of knowledge and inability to solve the problem effectively and efficiently. For email I use ********* 365 now and really happy - my husband uses ****** ********* and loves it. It's worth the extra cash to not have the headache.

      NO STARS for Newfold Digital, Inc. ************ owns / operates Domain.com, and this domain hosting service has been going downhill for the last 4 years. I used to receive excellent customer service and their online web domain management portal was very user-friendly. They changed the portal for the worse, and now all tech support is done overseas, by people who don't speak English well. Lately I have had to transfer all my domains away from being hosted on Domain.com, as they were unable to provide the service and support I needed. Now they continue to bill me for services they are no longer providing, and do not offer a way to cancel my credit card on file with them. There is NO ONLINE CHAT available or 800 phone number to call to get help. This is a TOTAL DISASTER for any consumer, so STAY AWAY. I will have to take up collecting my refund with my credit card company, as Domain.com (Newfold Digital) is ****

      If I could give no stars I would. Bluehost customer service based in the *********** as of today according to a supervisor is horrible. They charged me for a service I specifically told them I didn't want. They wont give credit for having to waste time on the phone fixing problems they create. Are they really renting space in the *************************. Does anyone know how to get this company investigated for their fraudulent billing and horrible customer service. Are they really a US company or using a fictitious address and taking advantage of Americans? Does anyone know who to contact to get them investigated for fraud? I am on disability with limited income I am leaving them tomorrow and hoping they pay me back for what I told them I didn't want and will call the bank tomorrow.

      Their sales team up sold our account but continued to charge us for the old service as well as the new 3 year contract. They refused to refund any of the money or cancel the account.

      Signed up with Bluehost for a website. Before signing-up I was assured that I could build the website myself. However, after signing-up I asked for a copy of the rules for designing the website. I was advised that I must purchase them for several hundred to several thousand dollars! To me this is bait and switch, i.e., a scam!!!

      I used Bluehost to host my website and for the first year things went well. Then when I needed to renew, I decided to not use their optional security package, because I was short on funds due to a recent surgery and knew a second surgery was in the near future. Almost immediately Bluehost retaliated by putting a cartoon robot that randomly showed up blocking different pages of my website. When we asked for help, they said that the only way to remove the robot was to pay for the security package. I have since moved my website to a very nice webhost company, but before i started the moved I talked to my bank and told them what happened and we changed my debit card to prevent fraud. The robot is still popping up on the website, so my website will need to be rebuilt.

      Recently sent a online report to Bluehost **** They cannot be trusted. We NEVER purchase any of your services. With your recent attempt to charge my wifes card I have no alternative than to report you to the BBB and ***************** I spoke with you recently that your continual attempts are noted and recorded. Because of your insistence to charge my card I have cancelled my account with AMX Twice this year.

      ********. JUST HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY AND DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. A few days after they auto-charged me for my 3 year renewal, I received a receipt in my email stating "Upon your request, your payment has been refunded and your services cancelled." I never made such a request, even though they were bilking me for my Domain and Hosting. The money had indeed come out of my credit card. I just paid their exorbitant fees. In spite of this, they immediately took down my domain and website, and after days dealing with their terrible customer service and talking to ICANN, I am still not back up. All of my email and business goes through my website. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

      Such a shame about Bluehost, used to be the hosting service for Wordpress and I have had many websites created by myself that were simple and easy to put together and looked great. These past couple of years this company has gone downhill. I have had more than 6 websites where I have used Bluehost. In the beginning when you clicked on DO NOT AUTO RENEW when you signed up they did just that, they reminded me and then did not auto renew. My last two websites were problematic. Both times I clicked the DO NOT AUTO RENEW button as I have done many times before and somehow they did it anyway. Two websites ago I received all my money back no problem. This time I had to go to the chat four times to get all my money back and I am still waiting for the $20 for my domain name that was charged to me almost three weeks after I cancelled my account. ********************** violating good business practice by not honoring the DO NOT AUTO RENEW request when signing up for the service, Then the lip service that you receive from the chat line is infuriating. The apologizing, the inability to get stuff done unless you threaten them. They asked for another credit card to refund my money because it would not go through ******. When two previous small deposits went through just fine. Such garbage. I said why should I give a company that is trying to scam me, another credit card. Funny how when you complain enough stuff gets done. They did not need a second card after all. They just redeposited into Paypal. Then when I finally receive my subscription money back, they charge me for AUTO RENEW for my domain. Incredible! Still waiting for the twenty dollars from the domain. Took me three weeks of trying to get my $164.05 subscription back. I will never use Bluehost again!

      Stay away! I thought I was signing up for the free option and it tricked me into a paid membership with three different fees. Im on my third attempt to cancel their services and they will cancel something and then mysteriously you are still signed up for something else. They are smart because they have small fees so you may not notice it. Horrible customer service and scam artists.
