  The good and the bad. Sales pitch was competitive and informative. Delivery was a month late (understood with Covid supply line disruption). Communication was weak as I had to prod to get updates and phone numbers went unanswered, BUT it improved greatly two weeks before install. Installers were FABULOUS!!!! In a few hours my windows took on a new look and rooms came alive even more than before. One window I had was a 2 pane sliding glass door and when it was finished it really "made" the room. Put the WOW in your house on the inside. People who have walked in have been impressed. When have you heard a husband turn to his wife within one minute of walking into an area and saying, "We have to buy these". BUY PLANTATION SHUTTERS. They keep the house cool as well. I used to dread breakfast because of the hot windows shining on the table, but no more. I don't get cooked! I already have a tan, don't need more help in that area. I LOVE THEM!!!

  So far the worst customer service they put a different material than the one that I request they put smaller size shutters, so they fill it up with Styrofoam and caulking Most of the shutters are already cracking. Some of them are broken and the paint is pealing I totally recommend using a different company If youre trying to put shutters on your home On top of everything, they never answer their phones or give you a call back

  Micha was very professional, friendly, and knew his product. The product itself, was first rate. On top of all that, the price was exceptional. Sherry, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with, and if the delivery and install goes as smoothly, and I am sure that it will, we will be more than satisfied.   Shutter Professionals are the absolute best! ****** made the selection and ordering process simple. Shutters were received in the timeframe ****** said they would be. ***** and ***** installed and were very professional, efficient, friendly and clean. I could not be happier!
