    word minimum.10/10 service! The owner ****** took the time to explain the timeline install and prices in great detail,so there were no surprises. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend!

    Ordered plantation shutters March 3rd with a 6 week delivery time and $1800 deposit , 6 months later after numerous excuses our order fell thei the cracks so we cancelled order as per contract and we’re promised a refund . that was 60 days ago and multiple phone calls to the office and owners Nathan S. cell phone , he never returned a call . They continue to give us excuses why the refund hasn’t been sent Contacting BBB and a lawyer to resolve this matter Find a different company for shutters

    They were extremely professional in their install and clean up! They told me 3-4 months and it was under 3 months. The Exxus shutters are absolutely beautiful and worth waiting for. Needless to say I am BERY happy with the company and product. I would leave pictures if they allowed it.

    Should be called shutter unprofessional. Two appointments canceled, third no show after I wasted my morning. Could not reach anyone because the owner took off for her birthday...... find out the next day that Nathan texted my land line. Nothing like making sure you SPEAK to the person waiting for you to show up. Was asked today if I would like to make another appointment...LOL. I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth making Plantation Shutters.

    Shutter professionals installed plantation shutters and they are great. They came out and measured and ordered them and installed all in a timely manner.

    Shutter Professionals was great and I am very satisfied with my PVC plantation shutters! I had them installed in all the bedrooms & they adjusted the slats in the master bedroom to allow daylight in a few top slats while keeping privacy! Great service!!

    The most irresponsible company. No comply with the guaranty. No returns calls or follow up. Broken private property and don't respond.
    If I could write zero, I would. This has been the worst experience since the beginning in 2021 when we paid a dep $4,200. They are quick to collect the deposit, but then they don't call, they don't answer to follow up the status, they only responded when I wrote on Facebook with a thousand excuses. They brought one of the broken shutters, they are supposed to order it, we are still waiting since January. now in June I am writing again because they incorrectly installed the doors by putting the screws touching the glass and it broke we have photos and the builder explaining why it broke we have the frame where it shows where they put the screws, we have been since June 10 without the shutters entering a number of light and heat to the house and the electricity bill higher than normal. the main reason for investing in plantation shutters was the economy on the electricity bill. I'm tired of writing, calling they give a thousand excuses they have no responsibility with the client no follow-up this is the guarantee they offer. Teresa, Steven and Nathan are irresponsible.

    Had my whole house installed last year and at least 4 are broken. I've reached out for almost a year with no communication or resolution.
