    Steer clear of this company! On Oct. 16 2024 their representative came out to measure for four windows for new Shutters (same as SP installed in the past). Gave them 50% - big mistake! We were told and on the contract 4-6 weeks delivery. Never heard a word in 6 weeks. Called to get some insight on the order...no one ever answers the phone. Got a text back, "order delayed". It is now January 31st 2025, not one follow up call, I've been chasing them for info, multiple times, always some excuse returned in text. We've asked for money back, no word from anyone other than a text, "sent a message to owner". So far this has been a huge disappointment, my feeling is nothing was ever ordered and our deposit was used it on something other than my order. Stay away from Shutter Professionals, they are unprofessional.

    Shutter Professionals installed shutters at my house last July and we found one side of each panel was not configured correctly to conceal the tilt. I e-mailed and called numerous time to have Nathan (owner of the company??) to come over and he finally came on February 21st. Nathan finally realized what the issues were and assured me that he would ordered replacement for panels with correct tilt locations. To this date he has not contacted me as to if the order has arrived. I received email from Shelly J*******, Office Manager stated that remakes were ordered on March 18th. I called and emailed to follow up to check the order and date of replacement numerous times . But Nathan never assure the date of installation nor if the order has arrived. I got the feelings that the order was never made. Their office is about an hour away and I am at loss what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

    This review is in addition to one I wrote months ago; Shutter Professionals once again provided an excellent product at a reasonable price. The shutters that they just installed on our slider fit perfectly and the additional trim work makes them really stand out. To date, Shutter Professionals have installed shutters on 7 windows of various dimensions and the already mentioned slider. All the shutters are easy to clean, open and close. A bonus is that these shutters qualify for an energy tax credit, and I can say that the ones on the west side of our home do block some heat and sunlight. Looking for shutters, then I would highly recommend you take a moment to contact Shutter Professionals, I am sure that you will be pleased that you made that call.

    Weve had our shutters for five or six years, including large shutters on the back, sliding door and between the bedroom door and the interior lanai. The pricing was the best for their fine quality All these years later, they come back to do some work on any small issues that arise Without charge.
