    So far so good. Looks and functions exactly as described. The installation was very impressive. The guys had to deal with a bit of rain and a storm screen that was bit too small. ***** got a replacement screen so the job could be finished on time. That was really above and beyond service. The team was efficient and detail focused. The team made sure our property was cleaned thoroughly. There was a bit of an issue with set up for the *** system. *****, ***** and the customer service team made arrangements to have a tech come to our home and set that system up and correct any issues. As of this review we are waiting for that service to completed as we were not available on their first available day. Excellent service and product.

    Great final product and easy to work with. Wish I would have used them for my windows! I used a different company for my windows before I realized Storm Smart sold windows, and they absolutely botched the project. I highly recommend Storm Smart!

    The entire process with Storm Smart is outstanding from Estimate to Final Inspections. Everyone that I dealt with was very detailed and timely with clear communication throughout the process. The Installation Team took great care in protecting personal items and property through the process and worked very hard to minimize the intrusive nature of the installation process. Just a fantastic experience overall and have never been more pleased in feeling that I made the right choice in selecting Storm Smart to provide the services to protect a very large investment into my property

    The product is exactly what was outlined to me when I purchased the system originally. The installation was perfect. The Team led by ***** and **** were outstanding! Courteous, hard working, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept the area clean and tidy at all times. They provided a tutorial at the end and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

    Really like the shutters. Process was easy. Installer, ****, kept me informed through the entire process. Had roll downs installed on our lanai before *** so glad I did. Would highly recommend your company.

    Talk about an employee to keep around. **** was fantastic on our job. Worked hard, kept us up to date on the install process and when it would be completed. A pleasure to talk to during construction. Gotta keep employees happy to keep this kind of employee around. Fantastic job. His partner was a hard worker as well. Highly recommend this crew and this company. ***

    Very smooth process overall and I am thrilled with my shutters and storm screens for my lanai! I initially thought I wanted accordion shutters, but ended up with roll-down shutters on my windows and they look really nice on the outside. Very easy to operate! The installer walked me through each one to be certain everything was perfect.On my front door with 3 large glass panes I did get an accordion installed that locks from the inside! For me, the very best part are the storm screens on my lanai, they are absolutely my favorite addition to my home! I use them daily to reduce the sun and heat. These are motorized, and the installer walked me through how to manually raise/lower them in the event we lose power.Everyone at Storm Smart is very professional: the sales rep, the staff who scheduled the various steps, the installer and electricians - I am very pleased! I love that the products are made here in ** too.I've already recommended Storm Smart to my coworker and my installer had a neighbor or two approach him. I can face hurricane season with a little more peace of mind now.

    Im happy with myshutters and my new windows. Did have a lot of frustration getting stucco installd around the new windows. Nit was finally done yesterday and looks good. The window installer said that he was going to remove go in my pool and remove some nails and staples that had fallen into the pool. He never did it and I have somr rust spots on the bottom of my pool.

    Excellent work habits of your technician. Her used a leaf blower to clean my lanai after he was done! Also, he used what appeared to be a tarp covering part of my lanai while he worked.***** did an excellent job and went over how to raise and lower the screens with the app, remote and if necessary, manually. He is a credit to your company!
