    Redeem Vacations has been wonderful to work with. I set a date, but had a family emergency and had to change it. A family emergency is common for my family so I was skeptical of using Redeem Vacations because they explain in easy to understand terms when signing up that you can't change the reservation. I thought long and hard, but I didn't want to miss out on their great deal and to stay at a beautiful resort hotel. Vacations are extremely important to me since I don't take them often and most often don't have the money to take one let alone stay at a fancy hotel. Redeem Vacations let me change my date and set me up to take it later. That date is happening in 2 weeks, but another family emergency came up and I asked Redeem Vacations to see if they could cancel this 2nd request and they said they'll put it up for review. I can understand if they won't let me change the upcoming date, but at least I tried. They have been so helpful, understanding, and supportive after I explained I needed to fly my daughter and her mom from **** to ******** to do a non-elective surgery. I'd definitively use Redeem Vacations again since they have many places where you can stay and their prices and support can't be beat.

    The booking process is simple and straightforward. There aren't a ton of dates available but there are enough that you can find something that works for you. Customer service is also great!

    We had a very limited selection of hotels to choose from, with only two options availableboth of which were booked months in advance. We ultimately stayed at *************. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable odor of mold and smoke, and the furnishings appeared outdated, reminiscent of the 1970s.There were also several unexpected additional charges, including a weekend rate upcharge and a mandatory "amenities fee," which primarily covered Wi-Fi access and beach towels. While the hotel did offer breakfast, it was quite minimalconsisting only of cold cereal, instant coffee, and occasionally a banana.Overall, the accommodations and services did not meet our expectations based on the price paid.

    5 stars I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Twin Fin Hotel in Honolulu! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The location is unbeatable—right across from Waikiki Beach with breathtaking ocean views from the room. The vibe is fun, relaxed, and tropical, and everything is beautifully designed with that perfect island feel. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was such a dream. The hotel also offers great amenities and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and activities. If you’re looking for the ideal spot to enjoy Honolulu and really soak in the beauty of Hawaii, Twin Fin Hotel is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back!

    Booking went smooth but the location of hotel was not accurate. We were never sent check in info, so when we arrived and there was a security gate with a different hotel name, it was a shock to us. More transparency would be nice especially for a place trying to gain business. I was pleased with Redeemed Vacation but not happy with the treatment from the hotel vendor.
