    Hello mobile disconnected two of my phone numbers one that I've had for 15 to 20 years a very long time I was trying to increase my data immediately I was told they would have to disconnect my service and start it back up well that's not what they did they terminated my account completely with time left on my service they also did not give me my 30 days of texting they also say that they cannot retrieve my number or reactivate my account which should also be illegal I'm willing to pay for my services and always have I actually increased my plan data rate before they canceled it but it just did not take effect immediately and they told me it would take eight days when my account ended for that to take effect and the only way it would take effect immediately was to activate a completely new account not telling me that they were terminating my services completely deactivating it and losing my numbers forever this is illegal practices from hellomobile.com they tell you to sign up a whole new account under a different email which that don't work either and they don't tell you that they cannot reactivate the same SIM cards that they have to send you whole completely new SIM cards in the mail but your number is lost completely

    Dishonest advertising.The unlimited data is not unlimited. At 16 gb the data turns OFF for the remainder of the billing cycle. It is not throttled and you cannot receive MMS, the data is just done. Very deceitful.

    **************** contacted me about this review (as opposed to the service message I sent them directly) and CONFIRMED that the company "throttles" accounts to such a point that you cannot receive mms or use the data in any way if they deem your use excessive. Further, they may randomly choose to throttle the next day or the next week and there is "nothing they can do" to improve this. They offered me the option to buy more data for my unlimited plan (note I tried this once and it does not work) or to upgrade to the Hotspot plan...not sure what that would fix if YOU TURN OFF MY UNLIMITED DATA. Deceptive marketing.

    So far so good! I signed up with Hello Mobile with a monthly fee of $5/- with unlimited text/talk and 500MB - this is the best deal Ive come across. Service has been smooth and whats more - the second month is free! I am a low user of ********************** data since I work from home and use the home internet. With other carriers I was practically having to pay for a service I hardly used. Just to keep my number I was forking out much more each month. With Hello Mobile all these is something of the past. Im happy with my plan and will stay with Hello Mobile for some time to come!

    FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM. They deactivated my wifes account and ported her phone number to a different cell and hacked her email accounts. In addition they made fraudulent charges on the credit card they had on file. At ALL cost, get a real cell phone provider. **************** does NOT exist. I suspect it is an internal scam when a consumer uses unlimited data.
