      I was literally scammed out of $37.57 by them charging my Discover card. They will not credit my account. Plus the sock that I ordered and paid $6.95 in shipping fees for a product that was falsely advertised. Please help me get my money back.

      I paid shipping and handling for "free" compression socks $5.95 about 2 weeks later I was charged $37.57 without authorization to my Bank Account! I have called, they said they will turn it over to upper management.They want let you speak to upper management! I have sent countless emails with them not returning.I will be going to my Bank tomorrow to file fraud charges! And cancel this debit card! As I read all the same grievances I don't understand why this is contenting to happen!Didn't want to leave a star at all!!!!

      They are scammers, they tell you free neuropathy socks just pay p&h fee. But don't tell you that you will be charged for a membership until the next month when you see charges taken off of your card . I'm on a fixed income can't afford this. I was understanding this was a one time fee. & The socks do not work. I'm not happy by no means...

      Same thing for me. Paid the 6.95 for shipping and handling. Then 12 days later there was a charge for 37.+. I wish I would have seen the reviews first. I certainly hope this helps someone else.

      Item was good but this business has been taking my money out of my account for 6 months with out sending any kind of product. As of yet I am waiting for them to put my money back in my account.

      This company is a FRUAD. I have the same problem as all other reviews, I purchased a pair of compression socks, for **** in 12/28/2022, the socks came, but then they sent 2 emails for other orders for someone name *** and ******, I called and a rep stated they were having issues with their system and I will not be charged, later in 1/12/2023, I was charged *****. I called them, their rep stated it was for a subscription to which I did not see on their ******** ad, or I would have canceled, also the rep said, "I will contact upper management. " A few days went by and today 1/18/23, I called and a rep said they refused my refund, and said they sent me a cancelation reminder email, also the response to my grievance of the ***** they took out of my bank account, I talked to the rep, and she said she would send it to upper management again. I asked who is upper management and she hung up on me. This company ripped me po off for *****, and I want my monies back, as all other complaints have stated with their grievances as well. I would not have given one star but I had to tap one. This company needs to refund my monies that they unfairly took and FALSELY took! Please help me get REFUNDED. They are frauds.

      I have ordered one pair of the Back Sock Sleeve for $6.95 On 9/30/2022 - received it.Now, they are charging me Every months $24.97 for something I have never ordered or received from them.Charges to my credit card:10/17/2022 11/22/2022 12/17/2022????Total: $ *****. And nothing for it I do not want nothing from you,I want my money back, and I am cancelling my credit card!!!!How this can happen?????I cannot get hold of you!!!!For example: See the same letter ************** Wrote you on 1/12/2023

      SCAM! Offered ankle high compression socks for just shipping...$6.95. They charged $29.95 to my account! My bank caught it and I stopped the payment and reported fraud. SCAM!
