My complaint is the same as all the rest on this site. I just now found the same charge on my cc statement under backsocksleeve.com offering compression socks for free just charged S/H. of $6.95. This charge was on June 18th 2022. They have been charging me additional $24.97. Every month since July 2nd 2022!! And I have never heard from since I paid the S/H in June 2022. Won't answer calls. Web site no longer exist and when I call they say it's Backsolutionsstore.org. I cannot find a way to cancel this membership since I'm not a member to begin with, so other than canceling my cc there no other way to stop this charge! Please help me recoup the $224.73 they have stolen from me from July 22 to Jan 23. Unless this is shut down I will have to cancel my cc which is a pain to do!!

This is insane. Ive read the other reviews and I am sure I did not sign up for their VIP membership. When I tried to access the website the message says I do not have an account. Thank you. I dont have an account because i am not a member. I have never received any correspondence from this company yet every month for the past 4 months they have charged my credit card $24.00.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to give your money away!!!!!!!Hello Back Solution, I purchasedsomething (compression socks) from your company in good faith but as it goes you can't trust no one. I did not sign up for the *** program becauseas it states in your *** program that I copied from your site:*** membership at no cost during the Free Trial period. You will not be billed for the Free Trial during the Free Trial period. However, you will be billed for any vouchers or other services you purchase during the Free Trial period. The length of any Free Trial period may vary. You must have a registered Backsolution account to participate in a Free Trial.I did not purchase (The *** Program) nor did I receive an email stating that I would be charged for the *** program. The attachment you sent me does not show that I approved or signed up for the *** program. You are subtil like the serpent in your advertisementof compression sock for shipping only. I will not be purchasing anything from your store and I will be telling all of my friends and family how you are scheming people out of their money. I can only pray for people that do wrong like your company is doing.God forbid

Pt.1 Me: I did not sign up for any VIP pain club and would like to be removed from it. I would also like a refund for the 24.97 I was charged as this was an unauthorized charge to my account and I will take this up with the attorney's General office if need be. Them: When you placed your original order, you were enrolled in our VIP Pain Relief Discount Club as part of the Free sock promotion so you could take advantage of trying our free socks (usual sale price $20 per pair!). It is a monthly membership and gives you access to our VIP website and deep discounts and is free for the first 14 days and as stated on our order form, you can cancel at any time. I have canceled your membership so you will not receive anymore specials or discount codes. You were sent a reminder email before your trial ended and you were charged so you could go in and cancel it yourself or just ask us to do it for you. You did agree to these terms when you placed your order. I did cancel the membership today for you and am attaching the signup page that includes the terms of the membership that you signed up for that should look familiar. Thank you and please stay healthy! We reviewed your account and saw the information we sent you in the email reminding you that the 14-day trial was ending soon. It included simple instructions on how to cancel. Please check your inbox for emails from Derek Jenkins, our Marketing Director. We show to date, he has sent you 8 emails including the trial-ending one. Usually, when customers want to cancel their renewal, they respond to the email so they are not automatically renewed as per the terms of the free sock promotion. Most companies do not go the extra mile to alert customers of the trial ending. It is against standard business practices to refund membership fees.

PT.2 Me: Your business practice is illegal as there was no notification, paperwork, or confirmation of me signing up for a membership before, during, or after purchase of your product. The mere existence of it was also deceitfully placed in an area where it would not be seen immediately by a customer. There was also no statement anywhere on your website or the process where the membership is mandatory to receive the socks or there was a way presented to decline. You therefore purposefully created misleading advertisement. You have many customers on BBB complaining of the exact same occurrence. It is a scam and you know it. Your customer service member who called me after my email this morning said that I would receive a refund and cancelation of the membership and that is exactly what I expect. I will report this not only to the BBB, but also, Instagram, Facebook, and the attorneys general. Them: What we do is NOT ILLEGAL. It is amazing that very few people that sign up for something, do not look at the terms when they sign up and then ignore our email reminding them of our terms and giving them very simple instructions on how to cancel. Then they want to complain and blame us for their error. Actually, very sad. We have over 90,000 customers and very few complaints compared to the many satisfied customer. Most people read the order form and request to cancel their subscription either before or when they get our email if they do not want to remain a member. A lot of people reorder and love our products. Otherwise we would not be in business for this long. We put our terms on the 1st page of the order form. We send all of our free sock promotion customers a "Trial ending soon" email before they make their first payment for the membership. Very disappointing when a handful of customers do not want to abide by the terms they agreed to. Have a great week.

Pt. 3 Me: You aren't saying anything unexpected but no less untrue. Please keep that same energy. False advertisement is illegal and the length of time you or anyone else remains in business is in no way accurately indicative of legal, honorable, or moral business practices. You know what you're doing and you know exactly why you have your order set up that way. The fact that you're proud to have "most people" in a scenario where it could be made clear enough to where NO ONE could overlook your membership says a lot about you. It's even more disappointing when companies like yours choose to willfully take advantage of people who are truly suffering from something that they are simply trying to gain relief for. This company is a scam. Please report to social media as well as your Attorney's General.

Watch the fine writing. They will send you your free 14 day trail and say they sent you notices when they haven't. The "membership" is $24.95 and is NOT refundable. TheY HAVE NO BBB accreditation and have never responded to requests for proof that the socks actually work. Which they don't! Nor request from BBB that they operate under standard operating procedures. They have an F on BBB site.

This is a joke and a scam!!! First of all the "free ankle sleeves" are of no use. Absolutely no extra support at all. Second the "subscription " scam is ridiculous. A subscription for a discount??? I don't think so. When I called after being charged I was told that I had received emails asking if I wanted to continue the subscription. I RECEIVED NO EMAIL FROM THIS "BUSINESS". Only upon more investigation did I find the emails had come from a Derrick... TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

Just realized I was charged a membership fee of $24.97. What am I paying for? Why would you need a membership for a pair of socks? Thats all I ordered. Now, they try to tell me I missed the fine print. What a joke! I went back through their questionnaire and no where does it say anything about a membership fee. It just says they will charge $6.95 for shipping of the socks. Thats it. (If I could attach a screenshot of the page I would. ********* learned.

Ordered pair of free socks (not free shipping) somehow putting me in some kind of club. Long story short I missed the deadline by a day as I was in the hospital after having suffered a heart attack. When I got home the $24.97 was actually still pending with my bank so I only missed cut off by a Day! I contacted support by email and they flatly said they wouldn't be returning my funds Even as a courtesy due to my hardship.. That's just brutal and a Very Bad way to do business.
