      DAAAANGER SCAM ALERT!!!! DON'T EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH THEIR ADVERTISEMENT FOR FREE COMPRESSION SOCKS AND YOU JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING SIX DOLLARS AND 95 CENTS CUZ IN ABOUT A MONTH YOU'RE GOING TO GET A CHARGE FOR $37 FOR I DON'T KNOW WHAT AND IT JUST KEEP TRYING TO THROW NUMBERS AT YOUR CARD TO SEE WHAT STICKS TO SEE WHAT KIND OF MONEY THEY CAN GET FROM YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. THANK GOD I USED MY **** *** CARD I JUST DID A DISPUTE WITH THE MONEY THEY DID GET FROM ME WHICH WAS $12.57 AREN'T THEY SO DOWN LOW BUT **** *** DID HELP ME AND THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF REFUNDING ME MY MONEY. ALL I CAN SAY TO THIS COMPANY IS THEY BETTER BE PREPARED FOR WHAT'S COMING TO THEM CUZ WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND PERIOD!!

      This story is just like the others. I ordered a compression sock for 6.95, and ended up getting charged $37.95 three weeks later for no reason no warning. I have called and emailed the company, and have not gotten any response back.

      Scam scam scam. The website said free knee brace. Pay shipping only ****. I read through everything and nothing stated additional charges would be applied. Woke up today to an alert saying ***** charged to my card. Attempting to dispute with my credit card company. Ive had to cancel my card. Dont do it. I wish I had googled the company first. ****** learned!

      *******..ordered FREE advertised sleeve paid shipping as requested week later they took ***** out of my acct. Unauthorized.. They sent a screenshot of stating i ordered VIP ACCESS TOVTHEIR STORE!! Refused refund. Entered my info to place order..after order completed NO MENTION OF THIS AUTOMATIC SIGN UP!! I have my whole order screen shot so i can prove they are lying..refused refund and sent bogus picture of what i supposely had attached to my order...email sent where they proceeded threatening me to blacklist all my online ordering. Said they refunded my money( won' thold my breath..but even so I am proceeding with legal counsel for class action and my damages for passing my credit card info around for blacklisting. New later email..************ stating they were only warning me this could happen. I am going to be the one to call out their scamming!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ps sock ordered was wrong size

      Got my crappy compression socks and a week later I was charged $37 for what I dont know since it never mentioned any subscription. I have emailed the company at backsolutionsstore.org but I dont have very high hopes of getting my money back. Total scan wish I saw these reviews before I got suckered in.

      In their ad, it specifically states:"FREE SOCKS" You only pay $6.99 for shipping. 30 day guarantee Nowhere did I see they were going to charge almost $40 to my bank account. I didn't receive anything extra for the $40, so unless that's their idea of FREE, I don't know why they charged me. I've requested to return thru their "NO hassle 30 day guarantee" and I'll see if they respond in kind. REALLY, REALLY DIRTY TRICK. SCAMMERS!! Do yourself a favor and don't order ANYTHING from BACKSLEEVE SOCKS!

      SCAM SCAM SCAM Be careful about this company. They rip people off.I saw a advertise about socks for feet and it said I can pay only $6.95. I did not know they would charge $37.57. They said they cancel the membership but said they will not refund me back the $37.57. They said I should of cancel in a timely matter. But they did not tell me where to go to cancel. Please help me get my money back. I have already notified my bank about the fraudlant charge from them and have since canceled my credit card and getting a new card.Plus the socks do not work. The advertisment said you get it free and only have to pay $6.95 shipping.That is wrong. They go and charge you for a membership after you get your product. RIP OFF. DON'T DO IT.

      They are scammers! You are automatically signed up for a membership if you order from them. I wouldn't of ordered if I had understood that.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I saw a video advertising knee braces. Went to the site and it said I would get one brace free, to just pay $6.95 shipping. I made the purchase, and immediately got a fraud alert on my card for almost $60! I called my bank and there were 2 charges made, $58 and $15. They did not approve either of them, thankfully! I had to cancel my card and have them send me a new one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF!! Scam!!

      The only thing I see on this account is the payment for the knee brace shipping and handling of $6.95 and additional express shipping for $7.97. (total $14.97).The customer has to select additional items in order to be charged for them and for them to be shipped. He chose the knee brace and express shipping. He did also agree to purchase 2 more pairs of knee braces that were thankfully declined and not shipped since he selected them in error. This customer has never contactded us about anything. He was only charged $14.97. That is all.
