  On March 23,2023 this company BACKSOCKSLEEVE went into my account with out my authorization to attempt to charge my account $37.57. I have not authorized any such purchase for them to try to charge my account. I did apply to receive a free knee brace according to a free promo commercial on March9, 2023 by paying only for shipping of $6.95. There was no such agreement as to purchase the item in no such way. It stated on the email order receipt free of charge for the compression back socks. It did not mention I had to cancel by a certain date or my account will be charged. I did not AGREE TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CHARGED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SHIPPING. PLEASE HELP ME STOP THEM FROM TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN! I cannot afford this! It is a SCAM

  I fell for it. Got the brace(free, haha), a week ago. This morning I awoke to a $37 & change charge to my credit card that was NOT authorized!! NOWHERE in the page I filled out did it say they would bill me for a membership or whatever they are calling it. If my money is not returned, I will go back to the credit card company and file fraud against them. Horrible business practices!!

  They advertise that you can get a product for $6.95, only pay S&H. BUT they end up also charging you $37.57! Scam, BIG TIME!

  They are scammers!!! I went to buy some ankle socks and as I went to check out it glitched and finished the sale without me even seeing what happened. There was no email sent to me ever, I tried to call them, but they did not answer and I finally located a place I could send a message. Again, no email information. I tried to get up with them to see what had happened when I checked out and to make sure there was nothing more than what I wanted. My husband was fighting for his life in hospital for five months and so, I failed to give my attention to my credit card like I should have and it turns out they charged me for the shipping of socks an additional nearly ***** and then another almost ***** and then an additional ***** each month for the past year and sometimes have stolen from my credit card twice in same month on more than one occasion. I haven't even received anything for his so called subscription. He said it was for you to take advantage to try their products. I told him I never signed up for such mess and NEVER WOULD!!! I obviously didn't know about the subscription since I didn't take advantage of his so called claims. It is a lie and they don't even send you an email for anything. I never have gotten a receipt from them ever! I demanded a refund of every ***** by March 25, 2023 or I would be pressing charges against him and his company and reporting them to BBB. He will wish he never knew my name!

  Monica A. On March 17, 2003 I did apply to receive a free knee brace from Back Sock Sleeve according to a free promo on social media by paying only six dollars and ninety five cents for S & H. On my purchase agreement email receipt it stated free of charge for the knee brace no mention of a membership which I would have never knowingly signed up for, I only applied for the free knee brace. I contacted the company several times via email and several times I was in constant contact with a Derek Jenkins customersupport. I was told in one email that my order was canceled and payment was refunded, then in another email I was told since it's been over 24 hours that my order could not be canceled but my membership would be canceled on them. This company is a fraud and all over social media taking people's money out their accounts once they release account information. I need the BBB to investigate this company and keep them from taking out unauthorized amounts of money from my account The six dollars and ninety five cents is still pending in my account and no extra charges taken out as of yet March 19, 2023.   Your membership was canceled when requested. You placed an order and we shipped it. You will not have any other charges as agreed to. Our terms very clearly stated on the order form that you can cancel at any time and you did. So what is the issue? You canceled.

  Lost $174.94 taken from my bank since July 2022 for socks after I called to cancel further payments. My bank helped me to get $79.74 but out of pocket $100. I cant get reply to my emails. I told them I was a retiree. I want my money back.

  I ordered a free knee brace after seeing an ad on *******. It said only pay shipping which was $6.95, so I placed the order on February 23, 2023. After receiving the brace I noticed a charge to my account for $37.57 on March 10 as a membership fee (exactly 14 days after purchase). I did not see any email notification (checked junk mail regularly too) indicating or confirming my enrollment. I called the customer service number on the website to request a refund, and was told about the fee and that I received and email advising of my membership in which I advised the rep, that I did not. He indicated to me that he would have to escalate my request to management. I received an email the next day stating that my request was denied and that I was sent an email. After reading other reviews where it was a carbon copy of my scenario, it is utterly incomprehensible that even in situations like these, this company will deny a refund. I would like my money back, simple and plain. It's such a loophole scam where they say it's free shipping, slide in a membership fee, charge you and then deny the refund. We essentially paid full price for the knee brace they advertised. Some may have luckily got a refund but it seems as though the majority are taking a loss.
