  We ordered their product which they claimed all we had to pay was s&h for $6.95. A few days ago there was a charge for $37.57 on my card. I called and tried to get it resolved with no luck the lady just got an attitude with me. I tried calling back and got a recording stating my call had ended in which that case I used a friends phone to call and when they answered I told I wanted to speak to a supervisor in which I was rudely told there was no supervisor and got hung up on for the second time. I was a full refund for the unauthorized transaction

  FRAUD & SCAMMER This company is scamming individuals out of their hard earned funds by not being honest up front. They put that information under a drop-down tab where they know the customer won't notice the extra statement about a subscription. Also, NO where does it detail what "A VIP SUBSCRIPTION" contains or includes on the form. So what are people getting for $37.57, surely not somes codes. People are looking for help and they are stealing from them by not being honest up front.   SCAMMER they got my account for 37.57 without my authorization it stated on the website just pay shipping and handling if 6.95 then I get the product and my knee still feel the same way it cut into the back the knee made pain worse

  Fraud! Stay away from this company. You think youre paying shipping on a free pair of socks, but theyre actually signing you up for a membership at $37.57 per month.

  Scam alert! Advertised a free pair of socks for plantar fasciitis if you paid shipping. I wanted to try them so I paid via credit card and then got a possible fraud alert from my credit card company for a $37.50 as apparently so many others did. I never signed up for anything nor any type of membership. Such a hassle now to get a new card and change all my recurring payments to other companies! How do they get away with doing this, they need to be shut down!!

  SCAMMERS-this company BACKSOCKSLEEVE went into my account with out my authorization to and charged my account $37.57. I have not authorized any such purchase for them to try to charge my account. I did apply to receive a free knee brace according to a free promo commercial on March 11, 2023 by paying only for shipping of $6.95. There was no such agreement as to purchase the item in no such way. I did not AGREE TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CHARGED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SHIPPING. PLEASE HELP ME STOP THEM FROM TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN! I cannot afford this! It is a SCAM. If someone doesnt stop them they will keep on charging peoples cards.

  If I could entered a -1, that's the score they deserve. Like several others after reading the reviews. I too was a victim to this scam and the promotion to pay $6.95 for knee brace ad saying pay $6.95 in which I did for shipping and they sent you this standard size knee brace. There was no clause indicate that after 14 days there would be a membership fee, but my account was charge $37.57 on March 17, 2023. I went back and checked all emails from a *************************** who claims he sent the email to me. I called the service number only to be told someone would email me and they would escalate my request to upper management. Yes they are emailing me with lies and deny the refund. If you received my money at least let me get the correct knee brace size. I would like my money back plain and simply if you are not going to accommodate me with the correct knee brace. This is pathetic to have to scam your way through life. BAD BUSY. ******** .

  I live in Indiana on a fixed income and I woke up on Saturday 3:25/23 and found that they had tooken out money out of my account at 5:00 in the morning and I did not authorize that
