  Echoing EVERYTHING EVERYONE HAS SAID ABOUT THIS BEING A RACKET!! HOW DO YOU CHARGE SOMEONE A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO GET A DISCOUNT? ALL LIES: the notification about the 14-day trial period, the manufactured picture of me agreeing to join their membership club -- this "business" (and the use the term with derision!) NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!

  They are RIP OFF ARTISTS. On 2/28/23 I purchased a knee sleeve for $6.95 from them which was too tight for me. Now on 3/14/23 & 4/14/23 I was charged $37.57 for a monthly service charge I didn't agree upon. I didn't see any agreement saying I would be enrolled into this service if I purchased this product. I asked for my money back and received nothing. They said they would cancel my subscription, but still they stole $75.14 from me for this service and I keep checking my account to make sure they're not stealing anymore money from me. I advise the BBB to shut this down so nobody else gets robbed. Please don't order anything from them because you will be disappointed!!!

  I tried to order a free knee brace,but I made a mistake & ordered ar ch supports because they wouldn't let me get to the knee brace without ordering something else which is false advertisement.Then a week later they take $37.57 out if my account for a membership I didn't sign up for nor do I want.I want my money returned & to be excluded from your membership list.

  Backsocksleeve IS a SCAM!!! I ordered an ankle brace in May of 2022. They have been charging my debit card for 11 months. I never saw it on my bank statements,as it is an account linked to **** and I don't normally use it for anything but ****. The only reason I noticed it is my card had been hacked,for another completely different issue. When the bank was reading off the latest transactions to me,they came up with BACKSOCKSLEVE.COM. They have taken a total of $274.67 from my account. I called them and was told that I purchased their membership for $24.97 a month. I told them that I didn't and they sent me a picture of where it says that you are automatically enrolled when you buy something. You have 14 days to cancel!! Fine print and I never saw it!!! They also said that they sent me emails about it. I didn't get them! SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

  This is crazy! I can't believe all of the complaints and it's all for same reason. My mom and I read everything even clicked on other things on page just to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere. There was nothing about being charged later. They have tried to hit my card 3x now so gonna have to get new one. I made sure there wasn't enough In there to get. Everyone who works for these people should be ashamed and do time in jail for this.

  Please Do not order anything from this so call company it's a fraud they stole my money .I ordered a pair of knee braces they are cheap thin and non supportive . I was charged $55.95 plus S&H $14.95 now they are charging me another $37.95 for nothing I did not and will not order any items from them . They are horrible people.

  I ordered a free pair of ladies white, size small compression socks I agreed to pay the shipping on this item. After looking at order I noticed express shipping was included! The system woukd not allow me cancel order or delete it. I received ab l-X-Large black pair of socks! I found a number to call them snd they do not answer not do they return a calls!! I had a 37.57 $ pending charge in my acct this AM! I certainly did not reiorder socks from them! I have a Xl pair that I can’t even wear!!! Will you be able to help me and ask them to delete my from whatever type of business that is they run?! Many thanks!! ** *******

  This company is nothing but scammers. I just happened to.look at my statement for something else and noticed the fraudulent charge of $37.57. I bought a knee brace for $6.95 and they said I agreed to this reoccurring charge and I know for sure I did not. They will not refund the money they stole. My bank reversed the charge but someone needs to stop them. I understand the statistics on credit card charges reported is 10-20%. The other 80% don't even notice. They are making tons of money, stealing. DO SOMETHING.

  Thought I was purchasing a pair of knee braces for $7.97, then the site had me to go into a series of other products that I didnt want. They sent me an invoice for $72.00 and change! They have been falsely advertising on ******** as a legitimate company and they arent!
