    A total rip off! I paid an exorbitant price for two tickets to a sold-out comedy show AND when the performance was canceled because of the hurricane (Hurricane Ian slammed into Naples, FL on the day the show was scheduled), Tickets-Center.com refused to refund my money. This is theft! I paid for a show that was canceled by an Act of God. I hope God punishes Tickets-Center.com for this blatant theft. Oh, their customer service center is located in the Philippines and the people who answer the phone read from a script and do absolutely nothing else. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!

    This is NOT GOOD. I just paid well over $200 MORE than the event center itself is charging. I feel like a fool. They sure make it seem like you are buying straight from the event center itself. It was just a local childrens play. The tickets go for $20 on the legitimate website and I ended up paying a total of $264.95 to Ticket-Center.com. I’m devastated and embarrassed. I’ll be checking with our local event center to make sure they are even usable.

    This is the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing tickets. I spent all day the day of the event going in circles with customer support and NEVER received my tickets
    I only have one star because the review required it. Zero stars is what this company deserves

    Buyer beware. What a scam! They are nothing but ticket scalpers....Tickets are ridiculously expensive. I will not use them again and warn my friends to stay away. Paid $559.00 for 2 tickets that read $89.50 each. I thought I had the BB Mann website.

    Negative: Shame on me for getting excited to find tickets in front row since I have now found out I paid $200+ per ticket and they are selling for $90 each….. we are not local and did not know.

    Very deceptive website with excessive ticket prices.

    On Oct 12th I searched on-line for the Peoria Civic Center website to purchase tickets to a Nov 4th concert. A site came up titled “Peoria Civic Center Schedule” which appeared to be the venue site. The website provided a seating map of the venue with options to choose among seating sections with different prices per section. The ticket prices seemed high however I attributed the high price to the particular concert performance. The following day I searched online again and realized that I had not purchased from the Peoria Civic Center and that tickets were available for $60ea. When purchasing from the tickets-center website I payed $417.50 for two tickets, more than 3 times the cost of tickets purchased directly from Peoria Civic Center.

    As part of the ticket purchase I received an email stating that I need to “accept” the tickets to create an account so that the tickets can be accessed. I responded by sending an email to say that I do not want to accept the tickets and have no intent of using them. They responded by saying that the terms and conditions of the sale were provided before checkout which states that all sales are final. I had not read the terms and conditions and I well imagine that the greatest majority of people do not read the fine print. Can any resolution be provided?
