    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I only bought from this reseller because the venue ticket link took me directly to them. 20/20 hindsight, I should have quit there. but I never go to concerts or buy tickets, so I did not know any better. The event was cancelled, and I was told to expect a refund. a week later they called to tell me the card on file wasn't accepting the refund, and that card had since expired so I thought nothing of it. They told me the only way to proceed was with a PayPal account, so I created one and have been waiting now 5 weeks for that to process. they said 3-5 days, so I have called back every week with no refund, and every single time they claim it is a typo on the email address and that it has been fixed and for sure will process this time. but it never does. I have been reading a lot of reviews in a lot of places and it seems they have been up to no good for a long time, a lot of people never get their refunds for cancelled events.

    I had also purchased insurance on these tickets, and am starting to wonder if the insurance company is directly associated with ticket-center, because they have claimed twice that they have sent a check but I have yet to receive that either. starting to think I will never get my money back for this event. I will certainly never use ticket-center again, but I hesitate to buy tickets anywhere at this point.

    SCAM …. Don’t waste your money. Bait and switch with seats … My sister in law and I chose and paid for $200 floor seats and they gave us the worst balcony seats which were only $70 seats and our invoice was over $450 for two $70 seats to a sold out venue. They can refund and resell them They refuse to refund us before the event, hung up on three times. NBC news has helped me before .. I will be reaching out again. This place should be shut down. It’s the principle of the matter.

    This website gouges customers. NO grace period is provided to cancel orders. Verbal interaction is impossible. Live chat is your only option to dispute/cancel an order. (3) tickets priced at $78.00 ended up costing $335.94...........$101.94. Tickets received 1-2 days prior to event day. I DO NOT recommend purchasing tickets from this website.

    This site should not be allowed to supersede the actual Fox theatre site. There is no way to distinguish that these seats are a resale. Never again.

    This place is the ultimate rip-off!!! They went as far as sending me a digital receipt, (for my refund) and still absolutely nothing!!!! They simply refuse to honor the refund and continually make false statements. Do not do business with this establishment!!!!!
