    They wound up being first in Google search. I thought it was the other Ticket.... company. I hurried through the order didn't realize I was on the wrong site. MEA CULPA. Shady way to do business though.

    Total scam. Charged me $300 (via PayPal) for 2 tickets (General Admission) but sent me 2 tickets worth showing the price of $20 per ticket. The ticket belong to someone else, different name and different order number, who paid by American Express.

    DO NOT USE - BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam. They state they are a reseller of other peoples tickets. They do not vet their sellers and do not support their buyers. Customer service is useless, they will not escalate to supervisors, and they will not talk to the seller on the customers behalf. There is no recourse to solve problems. The sellers are scammers - selling tickets for far more than they are worth. Searches for tickets at one price end up being sales at another price entirely. The links on the event's website direct you to the seller's site without notification that you are entering an unauthorized site. DO NOT USE. There should be a '0' star rating.

    Google and iPhone searches directed me to Tickets-Center.com to purchase Hamilton tickets. After ordering tickets, I found out it is not the official website for Hamilton ticket sales. When I tried to cancel the purchase, a recording said purchases cannot be canceled. I checked the BBB website and realized that Tickets-Center.com is a scam website--the tickets are overpriced and they tack on exorbitant fees. Google should block the Tickets-Center.com website.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give less than one star I would. I believe this company is a scam. I paid for parking for an event, I was told it was the correct garage but later told that it was not. I then had to pay an additional $25.00 to park. The company already charged me $53.00. When I called and spoke with Angelo he basically stated there was nothing they could do and did not offer any type of solution to this situation. Please DO NOT use this company for their scammed services. They are either advertising an incorrect address or garage and pocketing over priced parking fees leaving you with no answers and no refunds!!!

    BEWARE ordering from this site. They disguise themselves as the venue for whatever show you're trying to go to and then overcharge for tickets. I realized my mistake and called them immediately after placing the order, and they would not refund my money. They also said the tickets wouldn't be available until the day before the event. I called my bank and opened an investigation, and within 12 hours, my charge was reversed by ticket-center.com. They don't like chargebacks as it's very expensive for them and gives them a bad name. If you find yourself in the same predicament, call your bank. Make sure to always use your CC or bank card and not Paypal or Venmo. They can't help with this situation as your bank can.
    I was able to purchase my tickets from the actual venue for 4x LESS than what this site was charging. Very deceitful company.

    Very Very Exhorbitant Service fee to send Tickets Via email. I paid $165 for an email that too I had to print the ticket information on my printer and paper. Outrageous.

    I wish it had been clearer up front that these were reseller tickets. Still, glad I can go to the show!
