    I clicked an "Ad" link by accident to tickets-center.com when searching for the Birmingham, AL lego convention (5/2025). They falsely stated that the Saturday tickets were all sold out, and that you had to purchase a Sunday ticket immediately (within 6 minutes), at the fine price of $78/person. After realizing what I had done, and finding the actual link lower in the search results to ticketmaster.com, I found that both days were still available at the normal price of $24/person. Horrible site. I will be watching for their ad links closely from now on, and will never, ever use it.

    I thought I was buying these tickets from the venue and got duped into buying them at way higher of a price. The event is not for six months and I tried to cancel and they said that there is no way to cancel once you purchased them. This is a total rip off. Do not do business with this company.

    Terrible business that will not refund tickets even when the event cancelled. They make it very difficult to speak with anyone and divert you to recorded messages. When you finally get to an offshore live agent the agent tells you you have no rights and cannot speak with a supervisor, Very predatory.

    This company is a complete scam!! They charged me double the price of tickets to the Boston Symphony and then claimed that they have the right to set ticket prices based on demand. This is completely arbitrary and a guaranteed fraud. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    I bought tickets for a minor league baseball game for May 13th 2025. The tickets I received were general tickets for any home game “based on availability”. I called and requested tickets with the date on them and not ones that were “based on availability”. They refused to replace or refund these tickets and even hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

    They ripped me off for $175. Never provided ticket. Issued refund of $40 when they said they would refund entire amount. Now I have to do all the work and follow up with my bank. They buy their way to the top of search results and mislead you to think they are Ticketmaster. They are frauds and thieves.

    Total rip off. Event was rescheduled and they sent my tickets 2 hours before the event. I had to call 5 times over two days to get them. I also paid for parking through Ticket Center and they sent the parking passes 15 minutes before the show. We had to pay for parking twice. They said that there was no refund because they sent the tickets before the show started. They said I had to print the parking passes to use them and that I should find a business center that had a printer. We were already going into the show at that point. I do not recommend this service as they could care less about their customers. There service people are of no help and they just stall you and tell you to keep checking your email for updates. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
