  I give Aiello no stars! They came to my home to fix a plumbing problem I was having with my washing machine drain overflowing onto the floor in its drain cycle on February 20, 2023. I also had a crack in one of the pipes leading to the main drain in the garage going out to the septic tank. The plumber fixed the cracked pipe first and charged 2379.00. He then opened the main drain pipe to the septic tank and sent a "snake" device to see if it was clogged. They then sent a camera into the pipe found it was clogged with debris and told me the cast iron pipe needed replacement! They gave me a price of 8629.79. He right away told me it could be financed. As a senior citizen, I didn't know what else to do, I needed it fixed, so I told them to go ahead. It took them 6 hours to do the job. On March 6, 2023 while a load of laundry it overflowed again. I called Aiello the next day they came in. They saw that it overflowed so they took the cover off the septic system and the tank was full of water. The plumber told me it needed to be pumped out. I called a local service who came the next day and said it didn't need to be pumped out because water is supposed to be there. He then opened the area where the pipe was just replaced and found they had left a section of the cast iron pipe leading into the tank and it was clogged debris. He then told me that cast iron piece needed to be replaced and it should have been done when they replaced the original pipe. Aiello did not finish the job! The local company came in and finished the job. They agreed the amount we were charged was ridiculous. They didn't finish the job and charged us 12000.00 that I have to pay through a finance company.

  Complete rip off company. Charge $99 plus fuel costs and then give outrageous quote so it’s a win win for THEM. The make $100+ to come to your house for a five minute quote, but if you agree to the exorbitant quote “you don’t have to pay the $99).

  Aiellocharged me $366.oo to put in 2 toliet pumps after dedutibg a $50.00 coupon $99.00 dianogic fee, it took 2 guys 15 minutes to do the job never gave me an invoice.
