I've had service with this company for more than 4 years now. I recall when the sales rep came to my door selling me on this security monitoring service. I was promised a "copy" of my contract along with yard signs. Well, as soon as I signed he was gone, and no signs or a "copy" of my contract. Fast forward a few years.. I spoke to Kevin for several months prior to my contract due to expire. I explained to him that I had not lived in said home for 2 years, and on top of that the security system is completely dead and non-functional. They won't fix it unless someone is there, which is impossible since I no longer live there. Kevin was very helpful in telling me the exact date I can cancel my service. What he failed to inform me was that I had to give notice at least 30 days or perhaps it's 60 days now notice in writing in order to cancel my service. Had I had a copy of my contract I would know this. I also informed him I was still demanding my contract. Safe to say, they renewed my contract for another year against my wishes. At this point, this is strictly a money grab - using my disadvantage because they failed to provide me with the necessary contract needed to know what my rights are. To this day they still refuse. I would consider this an act of fraud, and they clearing are not providing the service I've been paying for. Do not do business with this company whatever you do. These guys are worse than any crook they claim to protect you against.

This is one company that you don't want to do business with. I've been dedicated to this bunch way too long and now I've got an issue and it's been a month to try get tech out to fix. My contract is up at the end of the year and very happy it is. This bunch are about getting you quick talked into a contract and then you are stuck. It's not transferable and you have to bide your time or pay fee that is equal to your time to get out of jail is up. Beware.

Freddie D I got Safe Home Security to put Security at my home and I called them to come service the cameras because it was shameful I had limited view someone was in my back yard and I didn't know it until I looked out the window. So I called for service not once but several times and they say I got to talk to my assistant and never hear back. So I only had the service for only about two weeks so i called to cancel the service and got mad and don't want to sent a letter today trying to say i am in this service until 11/20/2027 I canceled this service and I need them to leave me alone because it's my right to cancel if I not satisfied so I am asking for your help. These people are not good to do business with and I am going to make sure that everyone that I know will not do business with SAFE HOME SECURITY

I have been dealing with Tranita Brown I have made 3 calls and left messages, she will not respond. I have spoken to 2 managers and unfortunately I do not have their names. I signed a new contract on 6/10/2022 that states: I will get 5 UTC Door sensors at no charge. I called today 7/14/2022 inquiring when the sensors will be mailed….. Interestingly…they have not been sent!!!! Please review my FULL file. Notice I have been paying for no service protection for over 1 year. I was waiting it out to cancel next year in July. A manger wanted to save my account, she convinced me to sign a new contact for 36 months at $44.99. I feel like all she wanted was to meet her quota for her monthly stats. Real Nice Way of Doing Business!!! Question now is will I get a response from this email????

I canceled service and they continue to charge me. No one seemed to be available. Finally got someone and they are looking into it. I am disputing it with the bank but since they were approved as a recurring payment, it's tough. Not quite a fraud but I won't go anywhere near them again.

SHS has been billing me, yet my agreement is w/PHT. When request was made for info from SHS proving they produced falsified docs. 6/20/20: PHT emails security cert. 7/08: PHT emails ACH conf. 7/9/21: I email PHT to notify new bank acct #. Receive rep call from “your security service” for updated bank info & I provide assuming it was PHT. 4/11, 4/13, 4/18/22: Email & call PHT for new security cert. No reply. Searched online & PHT no longer in bus so who’s billing me every mo. Look at bank acct & see phone # tied to charge. Daughter calls & it leads to SHS. 6/9, 6/15, 6/22: I email SHS cust care & tell them stop debiting me. I provide 12/17/19 agreement w/PHT. 6/24: SHS calls daughter saying they have contract w/me & I supplied them w/pymt info (prior call rec’d the rep only identified as my “security service” not SHS). Daughter asks SHS to send “contract”. 6/24: SHS sends PHT “contract” w/assumable T&Cs. 6/27: Daughter reviews “contract” & its fraudulent. She emails SHS stating it’s not signed, we had no record in email archives or Docusign acct, & properties show it’s created 2/10/22. 6/28: SHS calls daughter & says they’ll look in their archives for an add’l contract. 6/29: SHS emails daughter & sends 2nd “contract” w/effect date of 6/29/20. Appears digitally signed by me w/Docusign however no record of doc delivery in email archives or Docusign acct. Creation date of doc was now 7/2/20. A recorded call w/me was also sent as “evidence” I was aware of SHS. Call wasn’t time/date stamped but based on what I said about still being in FL it would’ve taken place in Jun, Jul or early Aug 2020 prior to my move. Rep on call doesn’t identify company & only says “your security service”. She provides a # at end of the call which belongs to SHS. There’s no mention of SHS. 06/29, 7/9: Daughter replies to SHS w/concerns & requests:1)Time/date stamp of call;2)Evidence “contract” was delivered & signed electronically;3)Date SHS “acquired contract” from PHT.

We have had this service since 2016. When we learned that all technology less than 4G needed to be updated, I first called this company on 2/21/22 to arrange to have our service updated. I was told by Allison that there would be a monthly increase to my bill of $5.00 for the upgrade. On 2/28/22 I spoke with Daniel who stated that the upgrade equipment would be shipped to our home and then an appointment would be made for a technician to come to do the upgrade. On 3/1/22 I left a voicemail for Allison with no return call. On 3/7/22 and 3/8/22 I left messages for Allison with no return call. On 6/17/22 I spoke with Lynda wondering what was happening. She said she would check and return my call, which she did on 6/20/22 informing me that a technician would be coming on 6/27/22. On 6/25/22 I received a call saying the appointment had to be changed to 7/9/22. My response at that time was if the appointment on 7/9 was cancelled that I was going to contact the BBB. I also asked for a copy of all my phone conversations with their company and was told they couldn’t do that. Today (7/5/22) received a call saying the technician would not be coming on 7/9/22. Therefore, I am contacting your company.

Salesman was a sweet talker, signed up for a 5 yr contract. I’ve NEVER turned it on. The ring doorbell they installed doesn’t work, they advised wasn’t compatible with their system! Wrote email asking to cancel contract and they finally offered a one month free! Big deal! Advised I was a senior and ** is getting too expensive, they don’t seem to care! Bad company

I contacted Safe Home Security on 6/27/2022 and on 6/28/2022 to discontinue service. I urge everyone who is looking to get an alarm system please do not do business with Safe Home Security. I have one and we are moving to another house, and we are not taking it with us because there is already an alarm system there in the home. I tried to have it transferred to the new tenant moving in. Safe Home Security would not do it. This is the clicker. If the new tenant wants to use the system, she will have to open up an account under her name. In the meantime, they are telling me that I am still liable to pay! So, this system that I am still liable for; Same Home Security will receive payment twice for the system that I will no longer be using!!! Safe Home Security told me I am still liable to pay until 2027!!! If you make any changes, Safe Home Security lengthens your payoff date. To cause you to pay longer. I am totally disappointed. Can something be done? This is ridiculous!
