      Scam!!!!! I ordered never received. I used affirm to make this purchase, I’ve disputed with them hoping they shut this company down . This is ridiculous. So if you’re reading this and still waiting for yours to ship out stop waiting and report bc it’s never coming .

      I purchased a unit for 199.00 on 10/12. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, so I reached out on 10/15. I received several emails that they were out of units but that I would receive an upgraded unit for the wait and that my order should ship around the 22nd. Customer services has now stopped responding via email and the phone number on the website is a GOOGLE number.

      If I could give a Zero Star review. I would. They’re unprofessional. I’ve not received my order and it’s been almost a month. It says it’s in stock online but they say it’s not. I asked for my money back and to cancel the order and they will not even write me back to discuss it. They just say, “We’ll give you a resistance band or $20 off your next purchase.” I just want my money back. Btw the phone number is a ****** subscriber that isn’t receiving calls but has a voicemail. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

      I ordered my unit two months ago and still have not gotten anything. I have reached out several times asking for status. I have gotten two different responses in the last two months. "It is on its way," and then just today, "It will ship in five days." I'd love to get my $200 back, but the number to call doesn't work, and you can email and get a response every now and then, but no action. Another response was it was out of stock, and that we would give you an upgrade. This has to be a scam. The bummer is, how do you get your money back? I guess this is how companies like this take advantage of people and don't care.

      I ordered this a month ago and I keep getting messages that they ran out and restocking, that it's in the process of packaging, that I will be getting a tracking number soon but still have not received it after a week. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I used my credit card so hopefully my bank will refund me as i believe this is a fraudulent company and charge. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

      I ordered on 09/24/2024 and I have not received my order. I have contacted several times and was told it was in back order and would I Like a strengthening band for my delay. I feel like this business is a scam and if I do not receive my order soon I will Contact everyone I can to Report this scam so no one else has To deal with this type Of unethical business.

      I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and it has not shipped. The seller keeps saying they are out of the item and expect to restock soon. I want my money back. There is no information about this company anywhere online.
