      0 STARS. I ordered on 10/15/2024 and every week they promise a shipping/tracking # and do not provide it and promise 3-4 more business days. They refuse to refund my money and when I go to look up my order on their website it says my order # does not have any info but they took $200. This company is not legit!

      I made my order on September 17th and I still haven’t gotten any information regarding tracking number. Reached out MULTIPLE times and they keep saying it’s coming. They say 5 days it will ship. Then another 2 weeks. Total scam!! Do not use this company!! 10/10 DO NOT recommend. I wish there was a zero star option.

      Just like all the other reviews on here. I got scammed as well. Paid $200 and they keep saying it's going to be shipped and offer an upgrade and a resistance band. Pretty sure this is ******* guy over in ***** scamming everyone in the US. No actual company in Connecticut.

      Total scam. Ordered at the beginning of October, nothing. Got the run around that's its being sent in next batch, nothing. Then ready to ship with a followup message that they are having trouble with shipping. Another message that it will be shipped in. 2 weeks Scam

      Do not purchase. They keep sending pictures of different vibration plates in their updates on when order will ship (there is no tracking number provided). If you look at the videos on the site - those are also not the vibration plates advertised. Avoid this fraudulent business.

      I ordered on 9/27. They took 199 dollars as soon as I placed the order. After a week of nothing, I asked to cancel. They said I can't cancel. They've processed my order. I threatened to contact a lawyer and I received an email back. asking me to give them more time. They said it'll be shipped out in 5 days. They just emailed me 10 days ago saying my product was ready to ship. I have yet to receive any other updates. It's 11/1.

      I ordered Oct 4th paid $200 & still haven’t received it a month later. They wrote & said it will be shipped in 5 days last week but still haven’t received a email of tracking or shipping. They offered a free resistance band but haven’t sent that either. This is ridiculous. Scam company???????

      Just like the rest I never got my money back!! They keep saying to be patient, but it’s been a month. I’ll never receive the item. So sad they just keep doing this to people and nothing. Seems to get done about it

      Please do not order from this business. I purchased a vibration plate on 9/15 and still haven’t received. They were communicating thru email but once I asked for a refund they stop communicating. I want my money back. I give then no stars.

      I paid $199.00 for this VIB07 ON 9/25/24 and still no tracking information. I'm keep being told it will ship in 5 days and then nothing. They offer a resistance band and an apology and still nothing is being shipped. Is this company for real?
