      I order in Sept of 24 and was charged $199, they stated it was shipped then delivered never received. Emailed back and forth quite a few time. Still no resolve still no product still no refund. Now I am blocked from emailing and I have called the number and left several messages. My next step is to get an attorney it is the principle of the thing now verse not getting the item. I am so tired of people taking advantage of others. I am willing to sue whom ever it is on the company owner. Sadly long story short out the 199 not product no refund no response. BUYER BEWARE~SCAM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN..... STAY CLEAR.

      I ordered a Vibration Plate $199.00 a book for $19.00 a lifetime warranty of $47.10 and was supposed to receive a free resistance Band for the wait time. I ordered back in Oct 2024 and finally checked it yet again because I had forgot and it said it was delievered Nov 20 2024 to a completely different city by ***** even though my address is on the shipping label. Someone else signed for my package. What can I do to further process this complaint. I've been in contact with this company and I've heard nothing. I am not pleased at Vib-07 or even ***** for not checking the correct shipping address labeled and allowing someone else to sign for the package.

      They stole $248 from me. I got a message saying my product was delivered. I emailed them to say it had not been. They said they were working on locating it. Several emails back & forth and I can no longer get on their website to leave a review there. They are ignoring my refund request even though I paid for 30day refund guaranteed - which i requested within my purchase window. Every time I go to their site, it will initially load & then block me. I'm going to try accessing their website from a computer I've never used to see if I can access it as a "new" customer & then spam them with poor reviews - libraries have tons of computers. Don't buy from this company - they will take your money & never send you a product.

      Terrible company and customer service. I paid $199.99 for a vibration plate. I waited about 2 weeks and it never arrived. When I looked at the shipping status it showed already arrived. I contacted them to see what was going on and they apologized and said they are looking into it. Still no response back a few weeks later and now I'm blocked from contacting customer care on the website.iwant aa full refund and this company to go out of business because they are stealing people's money. Thank you

      Literally the exact same thing happened to me that everyone else is describing. I ordered on 10/26/2024. It took over a month to ship, shipped and said it was delivered. Pic of delivery showed a different house. I emailed them that day and was ignored. After a week, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Only then did I get an email from them. I stated I want a refund in 3 separate emails and keep getting an email every few days/weeks saying they understand my frustration but give them more time and they will resolve the issue. I have said no many times. They also, “upgraded” my item to a different model bc of stocking issues so they are trying to force me to pay for something that is not even the product I tried to order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

      If I could give zero stars I would. I received a notification stating that my vibration plate had been delivered checked the tracking details and it was delivered somewhere in ****** ** and I live in ******** **. Ive sent a number of emails and no one has responded. It's ridiculous to have such a horrible customer service.

      I ordered an item, they said they were upgrading me to a nicer one because they were out of the other. It never arrived. they said it was delivered to the wrong address. Sent bogus tracking information and now they are ignoring me. Its a scam! Do not waste your money. They are terrible people!
