  I paid 200$ over 2 months ago and still have not recieved anything. They keep saying it’s being shipped and 2 months and 200$ later I’ve gotten nothing.

  Same thing happen to me as everyone I ordered the vib plate never received it said it was delivered after 2 months of waiting to somewhere far away from me. No refund no nothing. Im out $200. This company needs investigated and shut down for scamming people.

  I ordered the vibration plate on September 28, 2024. I have not received my product I gave it some time I have not received a tracking number or anything concerning delivery date or nothing. I emailed them today so I'm waiting on a response. I feel they just ripped me off I paid 199.00 for this product. Please can someone tell me what to do next I'm passed off. I just want a refund I will keep trying to reach out to company to get answers.

  Fraudulent company. They take your money, and after a month of stringing you along, give you a bogus tracking number. I called FedEx and the associate told me that my name, address, and their company name was not associated with the package. Furthermore, when I first looked at the tracking information I received from them, the weight of the package was 0.5 lbs and shipped in a packing envelope and I was immediately suspicious. Someone unknown to me signed for it. They have ads on social media apps like ********* ********** and maybe others. They are also on **** *** and use ******. This site looks legit, but don’t fall for it. I should have been suspicious when I noticed they did not charge me sales tax. They stop contacting you until you file a claim or a dispute, then try to use the fact that the item shows delivered to string you along further. The “company” ************ email attached to my ****** purchase cannot be delivered and has bounced back every attempt my email has tried to send it. If you call them out on it and included all evidence, they stop responding.

  I ordered the vibration plate from this company on 10/11/24 as of today 11/22/24. I still have not received my item. I decided to email them a few days before the one month purchase date because I still had not received any shipping/tracking update. They did however send a general email every couple weeks stating that my they were sorry for the delay and that my item would be sent out as soon they receive it. The company did email me stating that the were sorry about the delay and asking to give them more time to ship my item to me. I reached out to them again asking for an update and yet the same response. I then emailed back and asked for a refund. They emailed back and asked me if I could still give them a chance to ship the item. A few days later I received an email from with a tracking number. The item was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address. I called ***** and they informed me that the tracking number VIB07 provided me was to another person and address. I'm so frustrated that I'm out of $200! This is a scam company!!

  I ordered this item 10/05/2024, after 3 weeks I emailed them that I never received it, they replied with it’s on it’s way, after 2 more weeks I received another email stating delivered but the item went to an address where I don’t live. Now I don’t hear from them at all. Fake company scammers

  I've had the same issues as everyone else. Total scam. I ordered mine 4 weeks ago. They immediately took my money and I still don't have my product. I got an email saying it shipped with a specific tracking number. It said it delivered but never got to my house. It was "delivered" to a vet clinic about 20 minutes away. Luckily they have cameras to show what was delivered. It was a very small package that was clearly not a vibration plate. I believe they are somehow copying real ***** numbers and sending it to people saying it's our package, when in fact its not. It seems as though many other people have delivery issues to the wrong address. Do not order from them..I got scammed.

  They shipped to the wrong address (or faked it) and have taken over a week to respond to the email I sent with proof pictures etc. I hope others check here before ordering from this company. Wish I would have

  Scam as ALL the other reviews I was promised a product, only to see if shipped somewhere else. It took over a month for it to even ship, and then who knows where it shipped to. They will not issue a refund!!

  It took 2 months of emails to get a tracking number, only to have them send it to a different address 3-4 hours west of mine. Screenshot them everything and they won't even respond. $199 gone. Filied a complaint with the BBB, going to do a plove report for theft next.
