      OnTech Smart Services are easy too make an appointment always on time, call and let you now when they will be their and are very knowledgeable in what they do and very respectful of your home.

      Will, our technician, kept us apprised of his arrival time and was efficient and professional all the way thru. We are not techies, but he explained everything clearly for us, and demonstrated how everything works, as well as setting up the app. Ask for Will!

      I was able to schedule an appointment for the next time. Technician called me a few minutes out and came promptly as scheduled. They explained every step of the process for me and had to charge me additional services costs (due to my place's old wiring), but it made sense and he was able to install it flawlessly. Tech was also kind enough to wear covers for his shoes every time he went in and out from my place.

      My experience with On Tech has been positive. I had an appointment to install an outside Ring camera and lights. My technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so that could understand without making me feel inferior. He made sure my app was up and running and he was pleasant throughout. He was quick and thorough and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use On Tech again.
