  A little late in arrival, but one of the most experienced techs I have encountered. Knowledgeable, friendly, and got the expected job done fast.

  I had to replace a Ring doorbell that had gone bad and did the installation of the replacement one myself. The installation seemed to work initially, but then I started getting a screen saying that the device was offline. Occasionally it would come back on. When I tried to troubleshoot it, it said there was no power, but I knew that wasn't true because the doorbell would still work. I finally gave up and made an appointment with On Tech.They kept me up to date on the arrival time with emails and the technician also called with updates which was very nice. When the technician arrived, I explained my problem and showed him what was happening on my phone. He immediately saw the problem. The original Ring device, which I had replaced, was still showing up on my phone as the offline device. I never knew that the old one was supposed to be removed. I just assumed that installing the new one would over-ride the old one. He removed the old device from my phone and all of a sudden, I had a working Ring doorbell device again. He went through all the adjustments with me for which I was grateful, because some of them I didn't understand. That happens sometimes with electronic devices when you are 81 years old.Bottom line - I was very pleased with the service provided by On Tech and would use them again if needed.

  Tech was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Minimized any impact to house surface. Ran cord so it was out of sight without drilling any holes. A great job here on the *************.

  I used onTech for installation of an outdoor wired ring camera at the front of our house. The technician arrived on time and installed everything proficiently and in a timely manner. (He explained he needed to drill into the house to connect power and requested approval first) He was friendly, and respectful of ** and our home. The process was smoother than I expected and I'm happy for their services and loving the new product.

  Although the tech was two hours late, he was very proficient and informative of what he was doing, we appreciate how very patient he was with all of our questions and showed us how to use the system. He was definitely skilled in his job and knew what he was doing. Thank you for a job well done.

  I really don't understand what all the bad reviews are about. First, they show up early in the two hour window the provided, and finished within the stated estimate. ************** was very knowledgeable and competent. He was respectful of our home, and made sure each ******* and sensor was placed to our satisfaction. When he was finished, he instructed ** in how to use our SimpliSafe system. We are very happy with this service.

  Our Ontech technician visited our home to access the type of security system needed and to set a date for installation. He was very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned with finding ** the best affordable system to meet our needs. I was impressed by him.

  Ontech came out to my home to connect a video doorbell camera, shortly afterwards I had partial power. I was without power to certain areas of my home for (3) days! The 2nd tech looked at the re-wire job initially said it looked correct.. I said something is wrong with the wiring moments later he said the first guy should have covered the wires so they would not touch one another. He then.taped the wires so that they would not touch one another. My power came back on. He said the loose wires could have caused damage to my panel box causing more electrical problems!!??
