  You do not want do business with ****, Ontech technician from the ***********, he is a self-serving liar, I was specific, I wanted to update Ring system and add smart screen door locks that I had purchased through Ring/Amazon, the Schlage brand, for $650, and I wanted one or two more cameras. He literally installed ADT locks instead without telling me, and the camera ... I can't even remember right now what company the camera is from, but the point is, he lied to my face and he signed us up for an expensive monthly subscription and a 3 year contract without saying ONE WORD! I called him and left a number of messages, he did not call me back, I guess that's guilt and shame I'm sure. I plan to file a complaint with his employer but I'm certain Ontech is guilty too. The worst part besides the money is how complicated this is and how much time I have to spend trying to get it resolved. The whole point of installing ADT locks was so he could make more money, so he gets a commission and I get billed a couple thousand dollars over the next three years.

  OnTech came out and installed my Simplisafe alarm system for me. This was the first time I have used this company. They were great to deal with very professional and courteous and it took less than 2 hours to complete the install. I would use them again.

  Loved my installers -- they were very courteous and attentive. They treated my home with respect and were very attentive to my questions on the new system. They took the time needed to make sure that me and my family felt comfortable with our new cameras and lock. Also, the installer, who also sold me the system I chose, did not try to oversell me stuff I didn't need. He genuinely just sold me what I wanted -- a more minimal monitoring system. Highly recommended !

  The tech was professional, respectful and accomplished the task (installing a smart lock) quickly and efficiently. Se didnt leave until she was sure all was working properly and I understood the app. I would use OnTech again.

  Same OnTech technician made 2 visits. 1. To help us plan where to put Ring cameras and solar cells to cover 2 sides of *************. To install 3 Ring cameras and 3 solar cells to charge them.The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and patient. Gave us good advice on which Ring products were best for our application, and the best places to locate them. Installed all the devices correctly. Tested all the functions on all the devices. Set up our iphone Ring apps and tested them. Showed us how to operate the apps. Answered all our questions. Our installation was 10/5/23.Will use OnTech again, if the need arises.

  Set up consultation appointment easily. Technician arrival was update online by OnTech; and he also called me w/ arrival time, which was as scheduled. He was helpful, knowledgeable, gave good advice & respectfully answered all my questions, explaining various things for me. Have set up install. So far I'm very happy with the services.

  The installation of my security system went very smoothly. The on tech technician was very competent and professional. Not only did he do a great job of installing my cameras, he instructed me on their use and made sure I could operate them. I was very pleased with the job he did.
