      **This company is a scam**I signed up for the quarterly visits. the first visit that day they sprayed my lawn for pests. at a price of 139.00.Barely two weeks later thay wanted to schedule another supposed quarterly appoinment and charge me 179.00.I called the (call center) that answered the phones and she said that she would have to transfer me to customer service.When they were unable to get through to customer service she informed me that since she was unable to get through she would go ahead and cancel the account.I asked for an email confirmation of the account cancellation and the following is a copy of the email that I recieved:Good day!Thank you so much for calling in today and discussing your services with us. We hope that we were able to provide you with a service experience during our conversation that shows you how much we appreciate your past business with us. This is written confirmation that your account is set to be cancelled.If you would ever like to resume services with us, please feel free to contact us at the phone number or email below and we would be happy to offer you a discounted initial service to show our appreciation for the opportunity to earn your business again. If theres anything else that we can do to take good care of you, please dont hesitate to let us know.Warm regards,Adi - ************* Specialist The ********************** ****************At no time was it mensioned that there was going to be a cancelation charge for the account.Now they have sent a ****** cancelation invoice for the account.That would put the acual price of the service call at a price of ****** for 45 minuts worth of work.Since there was no mention of the cancelation fee I feel that I do not owe them another dime.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR THROW THEM OFF YOUR PROPERTY.

      DO NOT use this company. They are liars, thieves and will say anything to get you to sign a contract, then refuse to perform the services promised. The sales person who came to my door, *****, lied to me about multiple things to get my service. First he told me, by name, that a specific neighbor was using the service and was happy with it. I talked to her a few days later and she had never even heard of the company. Next, ***** told me that they could treat my crawlspace, which is where my pest issue is. They treated it on the first service, but after that refused and stated they are not allowed to go in the crawlspace. Lastly, ***** never told me that the second service was billable until after I signed the contract. He also told me that I was receiving a huge discount on service because I was the 12th and final home in their route. I would imagine this was a lie as well. When I spoke to the local Denver office manager, she was extremely rude and told me that there was nothing she could do except transfer me to customer support. When I talked to customer support, they stated the the crawlspace WAS part of my contract and he didn't understand why they were not performing services according to the contract. Since the local office was not performing the services in accordance with the contract, I asked to cancel and for them to waive the cancellation fee. After speaking to a supervisor, the customer support person said all he could do is discount my cancellation fee. Do not waist your time with these lying thieves.

      This Company is a scam. They come to your door and make a bid to control pests but do not give you the full cost. You sing a tablet contract but they do not disclose that it is four four charges of ****** and if you want to cancel it will cost you ******. If you call to cancel you will spend an hour or more with the on-call "service" person that in the end will not do a thing but charge you ****** to cancel. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY ON YOU PROPERTY, IN YOUR HOME OR ANYWHERE NEAR YOU!!!

      I spoke with the salesman that came to my door. I was promised echo friendly products inside and out. I was told that after ***** days they would come back again because of the egg cycle and it was included in my services. I was billed for the first service at $189 and then charged again when they came back to spray during the ***** days from the first service. This is only supposed to be a quarterly charge and I was told they would come back from spot treatment 3 times during the quarter if I wanted. The 2nd time the guy came out, it was a different guy, and he used a horrible chemical in an aerosol can that I could get from Ace Hardware and he only sprayed the living room and dining room because we got an awful fog in the house and I was coughing and feeling sick from it. I reached out to the company and had to tell them I was going to report them to the BBB and/or get a lawyer if I needed because they didn't uphold their end of the contract therefore the contract if void and I am no longer responsible for the terms of the contract. He immediately waived the cancelation fee, canceled my account and removed the card on file as well as submitted a request of a refund for the second charge of $189 with a supervisor and if approved they will send me a check. I also received email confirmations of all of this while I was on the phone. They will call me back with the decision re: my refund within 5-7 business days.

      Wouldnt allow is to discontinue service without haggling for 45 mins. They batter you with alternative plans, passing you to other reps, until you have to be rude about it.

      This company does not comply with the law. A sales person came to my house to sell pest control services. I did not ask for them to come, and I was pressured into signing up. The sales agreement did not comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling Off Rule (16 CFR 429). For example, it included an unlawful purported waiver of the Cooling Off Rule. I also did not receive a Notice of Cancellation as required by law.When I cancelled the service within the FTC's 3-day rule, the company made it very difficult to cancel. I had to talk to two different representatives who tried to convince me to keep the service. I was then told that I would be contacted by another customer service representative within 24 hours and could not cancel until I spoke to that person. Eventually they let me cancel when I was adamant I wanted to cancel.I then asked when I would receive my refund as required by 16 CFR 429.1(g), and I was told that I would not receive a refund because they already provided the service. However, I was pressured into the service and I was not given time to think about whether I wanted the service. The law requires all funds paid under a door-to-door agreement that is cancelled within 3 days to be refunded. The company has refused to provide a refund as required by law.Overall, a shady company that does not inform consumers of their rights under the law.

      Super aggressive and pushy salesgirl. Ignored TWO no soliciting signs. ************* and immediately knocked very loudly. (One or the other would have been sufficient.) Claimed she was working at my neighbor's house but had the name wrong. I learned later that the neighbor canceled their service. Would never hire a company that encourages its employees to have such disregard for people's property.

      Rep came to my door in *********************** and said he was with EcoShield (wearing a green logoed EcoShield polo shirt) and that my neighbors were using him to spray dog friendly Chrysanthemum oils and Poinsettia oils on their properties to control fleas, ants and other pests. I asked if they were truly dog safe (they are not) and he insured me that they are. I then asked to see his *************************** issued door-to-door solicitor badge - he said he lost it but his company is licensed to go door-to-door in ******************* (I checked and they are not, per the online permitted solicitors list on the city web site). He then tried to hard-sell their services offering a one-time pest survey and spray for a couple hundred dollars cash - I said no again and asked him to leave. Stated I will report the door-to-door solicitation to the city - he said goo ahead - my word versus his. Called the company and they could care less and then tried to hard-sell me again for pest control. Beware!!!

      This company is ****** aggressive in its door-to-door sales solicitations. I have told them no less than 10 times over the years, that I have no interest in their service and stop contacting me. I have had as many as 3 contacts in the same week. My house is CLEARLY posted "no solicitations" as I am sometimes a day sleeper (not everyone works 8AM to 5PM) which they ignore. After ignoring my request to not be disturbed, then then expect me to use their business. What does it take to get this business to leave a person alone at home? Does a homeowner have the right to quiet and to be undisturbed? I dont know if this is at the level of a civil action or restraining order but it sure seems like this is what it takes as they refuse to honor the customers wishes. The low "star" ratings and plethora of complaints in the past 3 years is clearly justified.

      The business model for this company can best be described as **************** and ************. The technicians are wonderful, the web customer portal is good, however, after 8 treatments (approximately 8 quarters) I needed to cancel my subscription/service. I sent an email request for cancellation. The email was immediately replied to with information that I would receive a contact within 24 - 48 hours; that communication never came. I just received a call stating my next treatment was coming up in three days. I called to get the account closed since my first request was not fulfilled. I was transferred to a call center where a hard sell approach was implemented to get me to keep the next appointment with a "discounted" rate. If they truly wanted me to leave as a happy customer who might request the services again, they would have just thanked me for my past patronage and closed the account. Now I'm so upset about having to say over and over that I don't want the service and I don't want a technician setting foot on my property that I'll never recommend their services no matter how good it was nor how great their technicians were.
