avoid this company! Their product *****, does not work, and they will convince you to sign a year contract for "quarterly" service with a discount. But - if you cancel you still owe them $150 even if you have paid for all services provided. Total SCAM!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

We had a salesman stop by my moms house while we were there planning my dads funeral. My sister told him no, He wasnt going to leave without speaking to my mom. She went out and told him thanks but no thanks. He kept on trying to convince her. My brother went out and asked him to leave. Once we got him off the property, he said enjoy the funeral in a snarky tone of voice. What kind of company lets there employees think this kind of behavior is appropriate?Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Horrible company. I stupidly signed up with them. Their salemen said it would be 3 treatments per year. Turned out it was 6. Per there contract I sent them an overnight letter to cancel. They still send me a confirmation for an upcoming appt. I finilally spoke to someone who said that I had not cancelled and was obligated to the 1 year contract. I told them if they stepped one foot on my property I would call the police for trepassing. That finally worked but I was stuck with a $150.00 bill to get out of the contract. SCAM SCAM!! Run far away from this company! They door knock, have a great sales pitch, but they lie. They tell you that if they get another neighbor in the neighborhood that youll get a discount, but you have to sign up right then and there. They dont tell you its a contract that you are signing, they make it seem like its a one time fee. BUT they charge you that fee EVERY SINGLE TIME they come ($169). We kept being charged once a month. They even said they came and sprayed our house during a snow storm? Absolute lies. The sales guy even asked to look in our garage and said he saw rat droppings, well we found out that was a lie as well. These sales guys are driven by money and apparently ******** game sets. One of the technicians asked my husband to write him a good review to be entered in a drawing for a ******** DS. Please please please take your money elsewhere. They wouldnt even cancel our contract after we moved out of state and threatened to send it to collections if we didnt pay. Garbage customer service.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Ecoshield and "the Shield" respects no boundaries. Train their Canvasers to LIE to residents; "I'm doing work for ***** around the corner." Then when you inquire, "***** who? What address? I know all my neighbors", they say they can't give out that information. THERE IS NO SUCH 'NEIGHBOR' having work done. These kids are trained to get signatures...that is it. They know nothing else. They are paid only by commission. They are dropped off in "nice" areas for the day with hopes of making a few commissions on tightly worded contracts. Look up complaints for the company and you will find hundreds if not thousands. In the city of ************ there is a NO SOLICITATION ORDIINANCE for the entire city. One of Eco-Shield's sales reps knocked on my door and, very unfortunately, I bought his line of well rehearsed lies. At the time I figured it would be no big problem and I would be out only the $220 one-time fee. Except it wasn't. It was another of his falsehoods. Even though I cancelled the service within three days of signing up they keep hounding me for more money they say I owe them. Avoid this company like the plague.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

My experience has been that Ecoshield provides top quality and affordable pest control and growth opportunities to our young generation. I witnessed them train their teams to deliver high quality hard work and honest costumer service.The young men and women are trained to give their heart into each knock at each door, and offer honest work . TERRIBLE SERVICE - I had been happy with their insect control service, so I signed up for their wildlife service. I met with a rep who had me sign an agreement on their phone before he placed any traps. But, after a bit, it was clearly not working. So another tech came out a few weeks later. It was still not working a week or so later. Then another tech came out and determined no one had ever baited the traps. He was very upset and said he would notify management. I was still charged for 3 visits ($450) and no credit was ever provided. A few months later (and many more charges), I was noticing that the traps had not been touched and no service techs appeared on my security cameras. I called to complain and they sent me forms alleging service was being provided as scheduled. I took them at their word and met the reps for the next few appts. During one of these meetings with their service tech, I asked them to added traps and be sure to bait them. But one or two appts later, I notice raccoons had torn the traps open. I took picture to send them. But a day later, they had a regular service call scheduled. So, I figured they would replace the traps. Instead, the traps had not been replaced or even moved. It was clear no one ever showed up. BUT - I was charged for the service ($150), which was clearly never done. When I called to complain and provided photo documentation that no service was provided, they offered a 50% discount - FOR SERVICE THEY DID NOT DO.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
