    I have tried to cancel payments to Total ad Block since Feb.. They do not respond. I would like my money back and any subscription they think I have canceled

    I subscribed to Total AdBlock on May 15 and used Apple Pay to handle my payment method. I originally thought I was being charged for the $1.99 subscription promotional deal they were offering at the time, which is reflected in the invoice I received (attached). However, my payment method was charged a whopping 5 times in the same day, for a total of $148.93 (screenshot of the charges on my Apple Pay method attached), with only the first charge reflecting the initially promised $1.99. I am struggling to figure out how to request a refund, as their website requires you to login to get to support for unexpected charges (screenshot attached), but I receive an error when I try to create an account (another screenshot attached). I don't have any information about previously creating an account on the email address I initially used to sign up. I can't even figure out how to cancel my subscription to avoid the upcoming $119 charge for an annual plan on June 15 since I cannot create an account or login. If I didn't know better, I would say this feels like a scam. I just want my money refunded and my subscription canceled.

    Terrible experience! I just wanted an Ad Blocker, not call spam screening, not virus protection. I have other apps for those functions. The product insisted on being default and did not install easily. I immediately uninstalled it! In the meantime, they charged $118.93 to my PayPal account! THEN go on PlayStore and follow link to support...comes up blank page! Ugghhh!

    April 27, 2024 3x 39.00 charged on my credit card through paypal as well as $1.99 same day and time in separate transactions It was an add which popped up on my IPHone, and I pressed a lot of keys to get rid of it. Finally it went away, but had charged me this money. I never wanted this service. I have not downloaded this app. I want my refund. It is impossible to contact them as I have tried many times including right after I saw they had charged me. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income and I need this money back.

    In January 2024 I started trying to cancel Adblock.com. Ads were still coming thru so I did not want the service any longer.I seem to find the only way to cancel is by paying a fee. It doesn't seem that should be legal. I have tried emailing with no response and they don't advertise a phone number to reach them. I am 76 and on limited income so for the last 4 months I have been paying each month. I did stop the auto pay on PayPal but don't know if that will stop the charges.

    On April 17th totaladblock charged my credit card twice for something I've never needed or subscription to. ***** and *****. The screen shots have been included. There is no way to contact these people and my credit card company can't resolve the issue. I have never dealt with this kind of situation. Very upset, I am hoping you can contact these thieves and get a refund.

    We would like to make it clear that the services you have purchased from us are entirely up to you, and we do not have any part in the provision of these services. Furthermore, we do not force anyone into purchasing any services from us.

    Any additional services that we offer are purely optional and are intended to enhance the value and benefits of our core services. We believe in providing our customers with information and options so that they can make informed decisions based on their unique needs and preferences.

    I cannot see any correspondence from you requesting a refund or cancellation of your subscription, your request now falls outside of the 30 day money back guarantee period so I am unable to process a refund. 

    I have disabled the auto renewal on your account to ensure no further payments will be taken, your protection will end on 2025-04-13.

    I am grateful that they resolved the issue by issuing a refund but they did NOT notify me 30 days in advance, I did tell them in the past not to auto renew and when I called their customer service line, they lied to me several times. Overall, they did the right thing but I will not do business with them again and now every time I turn on my computer, I am bombarded by their ads. NEVER AGAIN, but thank you and them and my credit union for refunding my money.
