    I had been a customer of ******************** in April of 2023. I decided to not use their servic anymore & canceled. We were done & then, unexpectedly, I was charged $119.00 this month. It's been a year since I left & I want my money back for this latest unauthorized withdrawal. Thank you

    Accidentally subscribed to total Adblock.. and several other extra services provided at a cost by Adblock . I sent in an email asking to cancel and return my money. No response to request. Was instead directed to a useless process. Cannot find a way to contact a human. Very expensive error.

    On May 06, 2024 I purchased TotalAdblock program for my phone from TOTALAdblock WATERLOOVILLEGBR using my Discover card for $1.99 (promotional price). When I tried to install the program on my phone, the answer came back "content is not available for your phone". Then I tried to cancel my purchase and the subscription ($9.99/mo) that came with it, none of the TotalAdblock on-line instructions would work. Then I called their **************** # and the person who answered (somewhere in *****?) kept asking me more questions about my address and area code, etc. rather than about the nature of my request to cancel the purchase and the subscription. I refused to answer his questions because it very much resembled a phishing scheme and not a customer service.I contacted my credit card and they promptly credited my account for $1.99. But the issue with the monthly subscription fees is still unresolved. I request the TotalAdblock Waterloovillegbr to cancel my subscription with them because their product doesn't work. Also, I request they delete my credit card information from their records.

    Cannot remove Total Adblockers from my computer. Get these bogus people and ads off of my desktop.

    Our first noted correspondence from you was a phone call on May 2, 2024. During this call, the agent confirmed that the auto-renewal on your account had been disabled to prevent further payments. The agent also informed you that you were not eligible for a refund due to the expiration of the money-back guarantee period.

    To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel within 30 days if you are on a 12-month plan, and within 14 days if you are on a monthly plan. Refunds for additional services require cancellation within 14 days of payment.

    If you can provide evidence that you attempted to contact us before May 2, 2024, I will investigate this further.

    On April 11, 2024, my checking account was charged $119.00 from Total Ad Blocker. The charge was a result of a PayPal transaction. I did not authorize this transaction. I didn't even know that I had a Total Ad Blocker account. I want a refund of my money and deletion and cancellation of any service registered to my name. This company is fraudulent! I have spent hours attempting to follow TotalAdBlocker website instructions to cancel my account with this company only to run into unending spinning circles waiting for the cancel window to load. No phone number available and no way to speak to a representative.

On March 1, 2024 I received my PayPal statement and imagine my surprise when there was no refund. On March 1, I submitted a second request for a refund. I wrote them again on their support web site on April 3, 2024 but have had no communication from them and I have not received a refund. Again, I am requesting a refund of $101.80 for products I did not desire or never ordered. Also, attached our charges to my PayPal account for such products and screen shots of my communication. I am merely seeking a refund for the money paid.

    In checking online to compare with another blocking software I already have, I needed to fill out the order for a sale price that was a subscription in order to get the information. When I tried to use the back arrow to get out it took my order and processed it. I contacted them to cancel it and was given a runaround like none I've ever experienced. I realize the people/ai bits are trained to push. I said Cancel at least a dozen times and told them I hadn't downloaded the product but they just wouldn't stop or cancel the order.
