    I am rejecting this response because Total Adblock has taken over my laptop and desktop, and I'm getting pop-*** all the time even though I removed all traces of it. Why am I still getting pop *** on a daily basis? How do I get rid of this? This is what I was afraid of. There is no program that I see under programs and there is no extension I see. So why am I still getting so many pop-***?

    The reason you are experiencing pop-*** is that the Total Adblock extension is still installed in your browser. To address this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Open your browser and access the extension menu. This can often be found by clicking on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
    2. Scroll down to Extensions and select Manage Extension 
    3. In the menu, locate 'Total Adblock.' 
    4. From the context menu that appears, select 'Remove' or 'Uninstall.' This action will remove the extension from your browser.

    By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove the extension and eliminate the pop-*** you've been encountering.

    We work with third-party advertisers who will provide pop-*** advertising our products, these types of pop-*** we are unable to control.

    I have attempted to cancel this subscription for over a year. See attached screenshot. Not only did they not cancel subscription, they passed along price increase from 9.95 to *****. I want this subscription canceled and stopped. In addition I want a refund from July 23 to July 24 invoices.

    I have a problem with Total Adblock a year ago somehow I got a subscription from them for $39.99. I missed it somehow in my checking account now June 29. They took $119 out of my account for their service. Ive been trying to close this account and get a refund but I keep getting the runaround from them. They have no customer service phone number and every time I email them I just get the same Answer that I need to login to the app I cant log into the app it blocks me every time I try to change the password and it still blocks me so I get really frustrated. I have no way of contacting them other than email and that isnt working so if you can help me with with this problem, I greatly appreciate it. Thanks, ****.

    To be eligible for a full refund you have to cancel within 30 days if you are on a 12-month plan and within 14 days if you are on a monthly plan. Refunds for additional services require cancellation within 14 days from payment.

    You may choose to terminate immediately or choose to not renew at the end of your Term.

    Total Adblock is billing me over $100 per year with no way to cancel subscription. I am billed 9.95 per month despite multiple attempts to cancel. Subscription does not show up under active subscriptions under settings on iPhone, so cant cancel there. No email contact, phone number or even chat bot available to cancel. I CANT AFFORD THIS!!!

    To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must occur within 30 days for a 12-month plan and within 14 days for a monthly plan.     I never ordered or authorized this. Not just once but twice they took money from my PayPal account for these services. All I'm asking for is what they stole from my account.
