I am rejecting this response because: I did not sifn up or accept the additional services you indicate. I did not suscribe to Unlimited Devices; ********************** password;total AV;Safe Browsing (VNP) or Identity protection. I only learned of it when i received my credit card statement. I immediately unsubscribed. Your scam is to subscribe me to all and when I find out tell me I am too late for a refund. Your website promised a 30 day money-back guarantee. Now you claim a 14 day only gurantee. I ended the service within the 30 day money-back guarantee. NOW YOU TELL ME IT AS ONLY 14 DAYS. I was never notified of the additional service or the 14 day guarantee.

Attempts made to cancel subscription. Misleading information on app which did not inform that transaction was an automatic monthly payment, but suggested it was a one time payment of $1.99. Attempts made to cancel met with emails attempts to change my decision and requesting I go back to website. On 12/23/2023, I responded to Total Adblock on my iPhone advertising service of free ad blocking. When I downloaded the app it wanted to charge me $39, so I uninstalled it. Then I installed (same company) Total Adblock asking for $1.99 for the service. This seemed reasonable and I gave my card information. They charged me $39,00 and $1.99 and the app only blocked ads from ******* which I did not need. I uninstalled this app and I never utilized their services, I did not even create an account. On January 23, 2024, Total Adblock charged me a recurrent charge of $9.95. I think this company is fraudulent in its advertising. I have spent hours trying to contact them for a refund. There is no phone number that works and the support center website does not give an option to contact if you don't have an account. I have replied to two emails where they advertise free service and had no responses. I have recently retired on a very meager income. I need help. I think they will continue to charge me. I wrote a complaint to PAYPAL about this company ******, along with the same information I am supplying to you. Within an hour I received a complete refund from PayPal. I am elderly and I was admittedly scammed by this Company. The BBB has many bad reviews about TotalAdBlock and how difficult if not impossible it is to cancel. When I took that offer in 2021 for ***** I never knew that they would automatically charge my provided card in the future. ****** has been rectified, now I just have to get my refund back. I am reluctant to contact their website again because of this. You can never get ahold of a human being and it is designed that way. I tried to order ad block and they charged me for ********************. I ended up with two charges on my account. One for ad-block and one for ********************. They blamed me for clicking on something which adds it to my account. Every other company I have ever delt with will specifically give you a chance to very clearly review a purchase before charging your card. According to them I clicked on a link so they charged me. I am rejecting this response because: I am certain that I previously cancelled my subscription with Adblock. Also, nearly all of the customer reps lied to me. The very last customer service told me I could not get a refund and that he would freeze my subscription in case I changed my mind. I believe I sent a copy of the money that was taken out of my acct automatically. It was more than $9.95. I am *********** a much larger refund. These people are crooks and all of them refused to let me close my account. How interesting that as soon as I contacted the BBB I got my account closed and a tiny percentage of what they took from me.
