I am rejecting this response because:I never ever agree to trials because i cannot remember to discontinue., if what you say is true it was not made clear but in case I am wrong I did not ask for a refund for the 6 months I had your service. But I can tell you Ive been through too many trials to get this resolved. I mean once in your clutches it takes almost an act of God to get away from you. I believe this is very bad business. My account was created on February 21, 2023. My Customer ID # ************* it was time to renew I cancelled my subscription and I was not billed for the renewal in February. Then in March they billed me for the year 2024. I reached out to them. They told me that I had to log in and cancel my subscription in order to process the cancellation and that my account would be cancelled March 4, 2025. However, it seems you signed up for Unlimited Adblock on March 4, 2023, initially paying $29.00. This subscription renewed at its regular price of $119.00 on March 4, 2024. Just so you know, this subscription is separate from your TotalAV one.
We tried to help you cancel this subscription by sending a cancellation link. But it seems you had trouble logging into your account. So, we sent you a password reset link, but didn't get a response from you.
To make things right, I have cancelled your Total Adblock subscription and processed a refund of $119.00. You should see this amount back in your PayPal account within the next ***** hours, though it might take up to 5 days to fully process.

When they finally told me to cancel thru PayPal they had already collected $9.99 for several months.I showed you the emails: everytime I asked to cancel they sent me instructions on how to make the ADBLOCK work and there was no option to cancel until they told me to do thru PayPal.
I want my money refunded.

It looks to me that is why Ad Block keep telling me that my Ad Block has Expired. I never purchased Ad Block or any of their products.
