      I agree with ******** message below. I would give a negative star to CR&R. I have wasted too much of my time dealing with CR&R who created too many issues which I have been contacting CR&R to get helps so many times but never resolved for several months. CR&R charges late fee and unknown items to the bills. While waiting for them to resolve issues, I receive emailed from ******************************* for STOP SERVICE due to non payments. I need explanation on the bills. He said that I needed to pay in full first. Without knowing what I paid for, I paid my bill in full requesting to have a call back to explain. I don't receive a call back. I confirm that CR&R do not respond to customers. I would like to file complaint for a fare customer service. We can't have a bad and horrible service as CR&R. If i have a choice to stay away CR&R service, I would be more than happy to pick it.

      If you could do a 0 star they would deserve it. No one to talk to but someone that doesn't even appear to be living in the area. False promises, no pick *** and then lies. I have called 3 times to find our our service date changed and that there is virtually no one to talk to. This company needs to be investigated since we are FORCED to use their crappy service. Awful, awful, awful!!!

      Per BBB guidelines, CR&R is responding to this customer complaint. Recently, CR&R made some adjustments to the routing in this customer's city and customers were notified accordingly about their new service day. The customer stated that they were not made aware of any changes. Their waste cart was not serviced since it was not out on time on the new service day. The issue was escalated to a Route Manager and the service was ultimately completed on 2/29/24. Going forward, this should not be an issue. CR&R encourages the customer to contact the **************** team between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday should they encounter any other issues. CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer since 2008.

      Cr&R refuses to refrain from the Elder abuse of unnecessary very early morning dumpster pickups every Saturday morning. They refuse to come during afternoon as they do during week. This is an elder/ senior housing community. These people have worked their whole lives and deserve respect as paying customers.

      My problem started the week of thanksgiving. My tenants notified me that the dumpster was not pick up so on November 29th I called CR&R. I proceeded to tell the unknown C.S. rep. who would not give her name either on the phone or voice mail that they missed one of the most important weeks of the year for trash. For the whole week after Thanksgiving my tenants had no dumpster. no notice was left, nothing. So I asked to have my account credited since my tenant were severely inconveniently with no service for that week. she told me that several departments have to be notified to verify there was no service. Well to date nothing has happened. I've called back several times Dec 18th, Jan 5th & 9th and each time I called it was like calling for the first time. I spoke with several people *********, *******, ***** (male), ******* who claimed to be a manager. With the exception of ******* who promised to call me back with an answer, and never did, I was told I probably "won't" get a call back from them. But was told someone would call me. On Dec 20th I received a voice mail from unidentified caller at CR&R stating account still under review and she was sending a message to the operations manager for an answer and would call me back once she got an answer. I have not heard from her since. And in fact for the last 3 weeks my blue recycling bin has not been emptied. No notice, no nothing. I started documenting the bins left full with the same refuse from the week before. I sent a scathing email to CR&R on their website under "contact us". No reply. I have tried to reach out to *************************, ************, *************************, *********************, *********************, *****************************, and *******************. Information given to them must pre selected and trying to call you get redirected. A company like CR&R who claims $144 million in revenue should be able to staff their CS ***** appropriately. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected by an entire company like I have by CR&R. Incredible

      Very frustrated with this company. I had my green trash not picked up on the pickup day which was on Friday. I called same day; I was told it will be picked up following Monday which was fine with me. The green trash was never picked up on Monday and when I called, they apologized, and I was told it will be by next day definitely. Comes Tuesday never did and when I called, I asked to speak to supervisor *********** she was the biggest Lier and no authority, probably high paid with no talent. She insisted that it will be picked before end of the day on Tuesday by 6 pm. It was never picked up, but they called and left a message that the pickup truck was broken, and it will be next day on Wednesday. Comes Wednesday and the green trash was still full they never showed up.I would like to speak to someone in charge and to a big liar Victoria.Please, call me.

      Per BBB policy, CR&R is responding to this customer complaint. A **************** Escalation Manager contacted this customer on 11/9/23 to discuss the reported service issues. The customer reported that their organics cart had been missed and that he called multiple times to get it serviced. After it was not serviced for the 2nd time, a **************** Lead attempted to resolve the matter for him. A driver was not able to return, so the cart was ultimately serviced on 11/3/23. We assured the customer that we would monitor the account to ensure that it is serviced properly each week. Additionally, the customer was given a direct phone number in case he has any future concerns. This matter has been resolved and the customer was satisfied.

      Discrimination for people with disabilities. I just spoke to the manager, ******* (on 11/7/2023) to let him know I have been waiting since August for my bins (I spoke to 3 people since August and still dont have my bins, everyone on the block got theirs except me as we are all new built homes) and no one at CR&R ever bothered to followed up. I told him I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I cannot fold boxes nor tie them up since I have pain and deformed fingers with swan neck due to the arthritis. I asked if I can leave the boxes as is outside and he said no. I asked if there are accommodations for people with disabilities, and he said no and per company policy he said I must follow their guidelines of tying and folding boxes. I asked if he can do something like talk to the *** or send an email to make changes to the policy, and he said no. He just said sorry. I told him, so if a person with no hands asked for accommodations then you would still tell them the same? So he said just find someone to help me. I told him no one is going to be available around my schedule when I need the trash taken out randomly getting a stranger to hopefully help me. He said then I have to pay to rent a shredder. So instead of letting me leave the boxes outside as an accommodation he suggests for me to pay more money to the company by renting a shredder? I need to report that CR&R has not only the worst customer service with no follow up calls leaving customers waiting almost 3 months to send bins, but also managers are not considering people with disabilities and they give no solution except only the one that makes them more money (renting a shredder).       In accordance with BBB policy, CR&R is responding to this customer review. A **************** Escalation Manager contacted the customer on 11/8/23 to resolve her concerns. Confirmation was received from the customer that the cart set was delivered on 11/8/23. Upon confirmation, the customer requested to have them exchanged for a smaller size. That order was entered and will be completed on 11/9/23. Additionally, the customer requested to have boxes removed, so an order was scheduled for 11/9/23 to ensure that it is completed. Lastly, this customer was advised to reach out to the **************** Escalation Manager should any other issues arise. CR&R is thankful for the opportunity to resolve the service issues and looks forward to an improved working relationship with this new customer.

      This company is the worst and irresponsible one of those semi trucks. I was driving behind and debris from it, fell and cracked my windshield, and they refused to pay for it, even though I had video and proof, and they always kept giving me the runaround.

      CR&Rs ****************** I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the consistently unreliable service I have experienced as a customer in the ************* area. I am utterly perplexed as to how CR&R can be the sole waste management company serving our community, leading me to question the existence of a potential monopoly.My grievances stem from the recent incidents where my trash and recycling were not picked up as scheduled. On multiple occasions, I had to contact your company to report the issue. Each time, I was assured by your representative, ****, that the problem would be resolved promptly. Regrettably, these assurances proved to be empty promises.Firstly, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, my recycling was not collected despite assurances from **** that it would be picked up by 6:00 pm. When this did not occur, I reached out again on Friday, October 6, only to receive the same unfulfilled promise. By Monday, October 9, my patience had worn thin, and I spoke to another representative (a manager), who regrettably challenged my honesty. Despite her claims that **** never made such commitments, I can assure you that these were the exact assurances he provided.What deeply disturbs me is the lack of professionalism displayed by your staff. The dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge your company's faults are not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to paying customers like me. I requested to speak to a manager, but the encounter left me feeling unheard and devalued.All I ask for is a simple apology and proper compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by CR&R's lack of professionalism and failure to provide the service I pay for. As a customer, I should not have to invest my time and energy in chasing after a service that should be delivered reliably.I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint, addressing the issues raised and outlining the steps CR&R intends to take to rectify this situation.

      I started using CR&R since December 2022 and I want to say they have been horrible just because they are always late to pick up our trash for the whole block. On June 20th 2023 they were suppose to pick up our trash and also our green container and they never stopped by and I called on Thursday but they said there drivers must of forgot, but why dont they forget to not charge us? So the office mentioned theg would send someone and so no one showed up so then I called the next day which was Friday and they said someone was going to come before 6pm and I told her if this was for sure and she said yes but still no one came on Friday. On Saturday I called again and they acted surprised that no one came by to the street to pick up the trash so supposedly she was calling someone and they said they would stop by to pick up the trash and still no one came. Today Monday 06/26/23 I called and I expressed my concern about this and they mentioned they would put in a complaint but this office seems like they dont care what any customer has to say. We are paying for this service no one is coming here for free so I expect CR&R to do there job and provide the service that we deserve. I honestly miss WM because this never ever happens to me and they value there customers. CR&R you need to do better and really do some clean up in your company because your employees dont care about your clients there only there for the paycheck.

      I have "walk in " service which is offered for the handicapped and elderly with doctor's notification. My driveway is short but steep. My containers are always at the **************** in plain view from the street. I have called numerous times always getting the same response. The operations manager has been contacted and containers will be pick up by the next day.......always the same results.... nothing.Somewhere along the chain of command the ball is being dropped.
