THE GREENWASTE PICKUP DRIVER BLOWS THROUGH SO FAST HE DOESN'T GET ALL THE ****** I NEED HIM TO COME BACK BUT I AM ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 45 MINUTES AND NO REPRESENTATIVE IS ANSWERING THE ****** THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. This customer did contact the **************** team and spoke with an agent on 9/15/22 to discuss the service issues with the organics cart. A driver was sent back to the location and the cart was serviced. Additionally, the route manager for the area is monitoring the service each week to ensure that it is being completed efficiently. I've had my home since **** and ip until this past week things have ran pretty smoothly with trash pickup. This week however has been a nightmare with the representatives and even a supervisor by the name of ****** X2412. They are very robotic in their responses and they all point the finger at the first employee that comes to mind. Dispatch, truck driver, the weather and it goes on and on. This past Monday was a holiday so Tuesday would be the next day. I called Tuesday thru Fri and got the same answer it's been sent to dispatch and will be picked up by 6. Each day I called and was told the same thing. Asked for a Supervisor twice finally spoke with ****** this morning and again at 3pm he also swore that it was being picked today for sure. I asked what would happen if it wasn't picked up and my answer was Monday. I've had trash in a bin for a week not to mention the trash accumulated all this week. Very disturbing how I have to stay on a messup on their part and It's now 7:15pm and I'm sure every employee I spoke with is now enjoying happy hour and not having a second thought about the customer service I pay for.If customer service wants to investigate further please call me. ************C R & R Inc

Not a terrible company but there two that CR&R continues to forget to do is finish up with getting all my neighbors waste trash , recycle and compost black blue and green bins complete and still havent finished it that ticks me off and thats not they manly all forget send three environmental services truck in my neighborhood Rossomoor ********** that are supposed have the truck come every Monday pick up and empty the bins into the three truck and still continue to lie and not pay attention to the freaking detailsC R & R Inc

NO OPTION TO LEAVE ZERO STARS I HAVENOT LIVED AT THE ADDRESS THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR IN 2 YEARS. CANCELLED SERVICE WHEN WE MOVED. THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND KEEP SENDING BILLS TO MY CURRENT ADDRESS IN A DIFFERENT STATE. MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO THEM OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND THEY STILL DONT GET IT. Horrible customer service! Ordered large trash pick up weeks in advance, never came, called, no response, asked for call back, no response; told 3 days in a row to leave at curb, no pick up!! Called management, no call back! This company is awful, cities should choose different service if possible!C R & R Inc

Regarding the Cr&R in the Perris office that serves ********. The driver missed my recycle bin on Saturday the 25th of June our normal pick up is on Friday but because of the Monday holiday they came on Saturday. I called the office Monday Morning and I was on hold for ********************************************************** they would pick up my recyclables that same day Monday the 27th. They never came by to empty my bin so I called on Tuesday June 28th waited on hold for ************************************************ that they would pick up on Wednesday June 29th, at 3:00 PM on June 29th we called to make sure they were going to empty our bin well they never showed up. I'm going to call them again tomorrow June 30th and file a formal complaint against this company and the driver. This is totally ridiculous that I have to be calling this company everyday and wait on hold for an hour each time I call. The company offers you an option to call you back which I also tried using the problem is they never call you back! I am very disappointed with the service at this company and the drivers I have had so many issues with all the pickups whether it waste, greens, or recyclables.C R & R Inc

It has been 3 weeks since they last picked up my recycling. This has happened at least 4 times in the 15 months that Ive had the misfortune of to having to use their non-service, service.C R & R Inc

Have to use there service on construction projects to get a City Permit. Had the first dumpster delivered with no problem, showed up on time and dropped it off inside the warehouse. Ordered a second dumpster to swap out, had to wait a week but everyone has a COVID excuse. Waited around all day and never saw anyone. Got a phone call in the afternoon that there driver was unable to pick up because it was in a warehouse.Yes, it was in a warehouse, right where he dropped it. After speaking to several people a nice young lady called me a liar. Said she spoke to the driver and he dropped it in front of the building. Keep in mind this is a 40cy bin, I could drag it with my truck but there's only wheels on one side. So somehow or another we would have to drag it around the building, turn it and push it back into the building. Seems like there might be some scratch marks on the asphalt if that happened.So now I'm a liar, the owner of the building is a liar and the seven other people at the job site are all lying. We floated the container into the building and loaded it with trash. They still refuse to pick up there container on our property.C R & R Inc

No, they may have told you that but I was never contacted after several attempts and I continue to get billed. So, I guess they just lied to you and you believed it.
