    Scammers. I reserved a hotel, 10 days in advance and entered wrong dates. I called them 1 min after reservation and been told - it is not refundable nor modifiable reservation.

    I used their service to book a hotel and upon arrival their credit card that was given to the hotel was declined and I had to pay out of pocket at a higher price. I called them and tried to resolve over the phone and no answer. 3 weeks later 4 phone calls including getting hung up on before any attempt on their part to make it right. Biggest scam ever will never use them again!Each time I called I had to wait anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes just to get someone who could barely speak English and always had to give my booking number for them to locate me. The last time I called I asked to speak to a manager and threatened to contact the BBB, and all of sudden they knew exactly who I was without giving them any information. I work as an assistant manager for a local North western retail store, I know customer service and they don't have it.

    I have saved enough money making the reservation with Super.com to cover the resort fees and parking fees at all the 4 star hotels I have booked. I was even upgrade in ***** for Ultra with no additional cost. **************** has been kind and informative. Highly recommend if you can since there is a monthly cost of $15. If travel a lot and like a good deal this app is worth it imo.

    It works until it doesn't and then you pay two arms and a leg when the cheap arses dont want to make you whole. I will say, I used them once previously at the ****************** and it was fine. But the second time was not the charm. I booked a room through their app well in advance, got charged and received a confirmation email assuring me that my reservation was secured. However, after my flight got delayed I finally arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. after a long day of travel, I was told there was no reservation under my name. Actually there was one under the exact name as mine but with someone elses email and Marriot Member number. The hotel staff confirmed they had not received any booking from Super.com with my confirmation, credit card, or email even though, Super.com had already charged me for a reservation spanning multiple nights. Attempting to resolve this, I called Super.coms customer service, after being transfer around, I finally spoke with Harsh and he was completely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no clear solutions or alternatives but happy to cancel and give me a 10% credit to use their site again like I am ever going to book with them again. So Despite being transferred between multiple agents and enduring lengthy waits, it took more than two hours, and I was left stranded with no accommodation. The Bellagio found me a room that was 3x as expensive as my entire reservation. Super.coms incompetence and lack of accountability are astonishing. Not only did they fail to secure the promised reservation, but their customer service also showed a complete disregard for my situation. This experience caused significant inconvenience and stress, forcing me to scramble for and pay for an extremely expensive last minute room. I would strongly advise never using Super.com. I was able to search and found several reviews online that have had almost the same exact experience as me with them. *** I never write reviewsbuyer beware!

    Awful website, I used this website because I thought I'd save some money. When I clicked confirm on a hotel it brought me to another page, increased the price, added a tip and had a timer counting down before making the purchase, but I clicked back because I didn't want to pay the higher rate, but the purchase went through and it was a non-refundable ticket. Customer support team did nothing to honor the original price and gave me no refund. Very bad business practice, stay away!

    Extremely shady, scam business, fraud. 04/03/2025 I booked a hotel in ********, the website charged extra money without warning when I clicked 'purchase' on the website. It jumped to another page with extra money and the timer on the top automatically charged extra. **************** didn't help at all, said 'no other people complained'. All the good reviews are bought, they paid money for people to leave good reviews, and it is totally toxic and scam.

    I recently had the pleasure of using Super.com, and I have to sayit really lives up to the name! From start to finish, everything was smooth and super convenient.I booked a hotel through their platform and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find a great deal.     I made reservations using their website and booked a hotel but selected the wrong location for the hotel. I spoke to someone on April 1, 2005. She told me to contact the hotel so that I could get a refund. She contacted them and sent me a link to verify myself. I have been trying to activate the link for the past 4 to 5 hours, and it says the session has expired. I reached out to customer service via email and the app, and no one can help me.
