    Amazing customer service :-) i enjoyed the updates before my reservation and follow up after. I am very impressed by the care and attentiveness of the agents. Thank you so much. I highly recommend and will definitively use again.

    Went to website and booked a room. Then arrived at hotel 45 showed me negative mins later. Front desk had reservation but no payment. Front desk gave me a number that was out of service My wife showed me negative reviews saying Snaptravel was a scam. I went online and called number listed. 5 mins later desk clerk called me up to desk and handed me keys. Snaptravel is no scam. They are the real deal. Read what you are agreeing to and I will always recommend you.

    Looked up cheap hotels near me, and Snaptravel had one. Simple to use. Quick and easy. Nothing to complain about. I will continue to use Snaptravel. Thanks guys!

    Excellent experience, I liked the messages sent out regarding our hotel stay, check in, weather etc. Snaptravel's price also came out about $7. Less than the other hotel booking sites.

    I have used Snap Travel a few times with very good success. At first I was a little apprehensive, but using them, I found them to be straight-forward and easy to use and I saved money, as they did have the lowest prices. I will continue to use them.

    I couldn't believe the savings on our hotel! It almost seemed too good to be true. Snaptravel did not disappoint and we will definitely be booking through them from now on!

    My experience with SnapTravel was terrible! It is a scam. Several hours after booking a hotel reservation with SnapTravel, my plans changed and I called to cancel the reservation. I was told I that they couldn't find my reservation and that I had never been charged, so not to worry. But the charge was on my credit card. So I called back several times and got the same response. Then I called the hotel directly and canceled the reservation, but was told that since I paid through SnapTravel, SnapTravel would have to issue the refund. When I called SnapTravel back, they told me that since I canceled through the hotel, they would not give me a refund, even though they had been unable to to cancel through SnapTravel. Next, when I tried SnapTravel's email support, I was told that it was now too late to get a refund. But I had called them to cancel within hours of making the reservation, and they told me that I didn't have a reservation to cancel. When I inquired again by email, they said they were looking into it, but didn't get back to me, and didn't respond to further email inquiries. I would recommend that anybody looking to book a hotel room does it through another site and not SnapTravel. You're taking you're chances with SnapTravel. At least don't expect to be able to cancel, and don't expect any customer support.

We are truly sorry that we were unable to get them to accept making an exception this time.Regrettably, as we had mentioned before we do not have the power to override their decision.This being said, we could only re-open this case if you are able to provide us with written confirmation from their management that a refund has been agreed upon.We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.
