  I bought a reloadit pack 2-20-22. The problem I had was with creating a safe. 4 months later and multiple calls and emails I finally was able to create a safe and upload my $350 money pack. Why did it take 4 months and I didn't get a refund? I thought this company was a scam so whenever they offered a refund I refused because they wanted the barcode number from the back and I knew that was the only leverage I had. Being I work so much I never had time to contact the attorney General my state and the state I purchased in. WELL I FINALLY FOUND THE SOLUTION. After much digging on the internet, I found a help forum from another one of Blackhawks other companies or partner cards. So in a post from 2016 a user mention has same problem as myself and many of us. You have to use a Yahoo.com email address and from a Mozilla/Firefox browser you can set up a safe. After safe is set up check email and click the link and then you'll be able to sign in. From there you will be able to use the Reloadit.com pack. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. DISCLAIMER: I did the previous step and it worked from an android phone with a fresh install of Firefox and Firefox beta using 2 different Yahoo.com emails. NOW THE MORE. FIRST you add a prepaid card that is part of their network or a partner. That's suppose to take 4-5 hours to verify. During that time you can add the Reloadit.com pack to your safe but you won't be able to load it to your prepaid card. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. It's also take 3-4 hours from the time you purchase the Reloadit.com pack that the funds are verified. User also stated is the pack or 3-4 hours after purchase and already have verified prepaid cards, then the upload is instant. IM ON THE 2nd STEP. Card verification, Reloadit.com pack is uploaded to safe. If able to update this post I will. If not, I will make a follow up post or complaint. My opinion at the moment, not a scam but a problem with security certificate of their site You get a warning and have to bypass.

  they dont stand by there word at all. They mislead you. They dont follow through with there promises. I have spoke with 5 different supervisors and did not get anything accomplished. It has been over 6 months that I have been trying to get this resolved.

  I never received the gift cards and the customer service number is a run around. I could never get anyone on the phone and after submitting my credit card statement with the charge, the customer service representative had the oudasity to tell me that they dont take ***************** **************** was appalled and apologized and credited me. Never again.

  My daughter received a gift card we activated it and the money was there, and when she tried to use it. There was no money on it. When I went online to see what happened. I could see where it was loaded and I seen where someone unloaded it. I called the company to distribute the transaction and they want me to send in a utility **** with my name and address. This sounds really fishy to me. I wasn't the one who purchased it. Why do you need my address. I offered to send something not so personal and they said no. I understand they need to do an investigation. But I told them I live in ********* and the card was purchased in *********, the charge was made in *******. I DONT LIVE THERE, NEVER BEEN THERE. They were no very helpful and acted as if this type of thing happens all the time. Beware I feel like this company is a scam. They let people purchase the gift cards. Then take the money off and leave both the person rhe bought it and the person that received the card high and dry.

  Order process was not as seamless as I expected. In addition, information contained in the order was not correct after final submission. My name was inserted instead of the recipient, my apartment number was included in the recipients address, etc. The card did get there near the promised date, but it was inconvenient having to do continued follow *** with the recipient to assure actual receipt. I had checked all of the order information prior to completing the final purchase action, so the errors happened sometime later. Nope a good overall experience.
