  Bought a reloadit card from a Truck Stop. wanted to add ********************************************************* my email and now the site won't accept my information. I called the helpline but it's all bots, not a single live agent. I called within the business hours as listed on the site and still nothing. DO USE THESE PEOPLE!!

  they are scammers. gift card wouldn't work where they said it would, then charged me service fees until nothing left. no service, no statements, nothing. just used the entire balance themselves until it was gone.

  I received a **** Gift Card in December 2021 from Gift Card Mall. I checked the initial balance and there was $200. Approximately two weeks ago, I checked the balance again and there was $134.37. Today I attempted to purchase something online and the card was declined. When I checked my balance, I discovered there was ZERO balance and a multitude of charges from ******** ***************************." I would like to receive a FULL REFUND from this company.

  The card came as promised and the recipient had no issues at all. She actually traveled out of the country and had no issues. I am very thankful and grateful that there were no issues. I purchased for one of my employees so I will look into purchasing more.

  Dispute # DS0369699 When I receive gift cards, I like to save them up and use them for one big purchase. I have saved them for years with no trouble until now. Recently, I went to make a purchase and a $50 card would not work. I kept the card and called Blackhawk and made a report. The card was in my possession since it was received and I never opened it until I was making the purchase. After calling Blackhawk and going through all of the steps to dispute the fraudulent charges, I was informed that it was past the 60 days to file a dispute and I would not be credited for their mistake and my loss. If I had known someone had fraudulently used the card, I would have contacted them sooner. It makes no sense how someone could get the information from the card and use it in two different stores without a breakdown in their system. This seems to be bad business as the customer has no recourse even after going through the process of a dispute. Why pay the extra $4.95 to buy this card if you can be cheated out of your money? I will never use this company again and let everyone I know not to use them. Just be careful if you choose to use this company.

  I am far too trusting. I ordered a gift card and expected it to be sent immediately. They charged my card immediately and tell me that they have no record of the order. Still trying but don't have much hope.

  Took longer to be delivered than promised. Impossible to reach by phone. When I called it was all automated & kept telling me they couldnt find a card with my number on it but no way to get to a human. Will never use them again. Cards were finally delivered but service was so bad will never recommend to anyone.
