When I was cashing in my points that I earned through the Fetch App, I chose the only option for a virtual cash card. When I received the code, I added it to my ****** wallet but every time I tried to use it anywhere, the card would get declined. I tried resolving the issue on the website but decided it would be better to just talk to someone so I called. It turns out, using the card with ****** is apparently "Highly forbidden" and will automatically lock the card. I was given a few options: A. Have them issue me a new one of the same card and I'd have to wait 24 hours for them to complete. B. Have them issue me a Mastercard version instead that I could use with mobile wallets, but I'd have to wait at least 48 hours for them to complete this. C. Order a physical card to be mailed to me, would take weeks. I chose B.The wait time to get a replacement on a card is excessively long. The process seems drawn out and almost a sort of punishment. In my case I was punished for attempting to add a gift card that I earned to my ****** wallet. I didn't see any warnings or rules telling me I shouldn't use it with ******, but when I called to find out why the card was getting declined everywhere, I was basically scolded for not knowing I couldn't use it with ******. Then I had to wait 24 hours to get confirmation that I'd be able to get a new card. Then, another 24 hours to get a 2nd code. And when that 2nd 24 hours was up, I had to call *** to remind them that it had been over 24 hours and I still hadn't received my code. As soon as I did, it was immediately in my box. The key takeaway for me is that I will not choose this card as my prize next time Im cashing out on Fetch. It was way more headache than the $25 it was worth.Review fromRandy F

I received a $100 Amazon eGift card from my employer, but it turned out to be non-functional, issued by the Blackhawk Cardholder Network Team. After $33 in taxes were deducted from my paycheck, I spent hours in frustrating back-and-forth communication, with them suggesting my email might have been hacked or that I used it on a different Amazon account, despite only having one. Blackhawk Cardholder Support acknowledged my frustration but ultimately stated they couldn't resolve my issue, apologizing for their lack of further assistance. I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with Giftcards.com regarding a gift card I purchased through a third-party vendor. In February, I bought a $75 gift card as a late Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, his phone was disconnected, and was using a wifi calling app which i didnt know and he never received it. When I contacted Giftcards.com to inquire about the transaction using the reference number provided, they informed me that there were no records of my purchase. I also reached out to the third-party vendor, who clarified that they merely facilitate the payment and cannot assist with Giftcards.coms internal issues. This has led to a frustrating back-and-forth since February, with no resolution in sight. Whats more disheartening is that when I requested to speak with a manager at Giftcards.com, I was told that no one was available to help further. I now find myself out of $75 and deeply disappointed, having to purchase another gift card for my son.Review fromTashala B

My son had purchased a **** card from his local post office in December 2024. It was given as a christmas present, after receiving it, it was already expired. My daughter attempt to use it and unfortunately due to it being expired we reached out to the company to get the item replace. Since there was a balance still on the account. We spoke to someone about the expired card on February 23, 2025 and they indicated the problem would be resolved and a replacement card would be sent. We still haven't received the card I proceeded to reach out again to see if we can get a replacement card on March 25, 2025. I spoke to someone else about not receiving the the replacement card we had gotten a confirmation email back in *********** were resolved. They then proceeded to state.They sent an email to me.Regarding needing to send proof of the expired card.I never received an email regarding the next steps.Since the issue was clearly resolved. I sent in the image of the card front and back as requested. Got a confirmation back as of April 7, 2025 stating the problem was resolved. Third time attempting because we still haven't received the replacement card. They informed me that the reason we didn't receive the card is because we didn't send in the pictures front and back of the card. Informed him of time and date of when I sumbit proof. Then he proceeded to state that oh, they sent out another email which I never received needing to confirm a proof or purchase with my sons receipt. Explain to the gentleman, we no longer had the receipt, so he informed me that they sent out another email with additional things that were needing to be submitted for proof. I'm not understanding where the miscommunication is coming from.I am not sending a picture of me holding my id. When I have done, what was asked of me and additional things keep getting added even though the problem stated, it was resolved. I am upset with the personels that have helped me. I received a prepaid debit card as a class action settlement or from my healthcare incentive program or as a rebate - who knows. I can't remember. Amount was $45. I loaded it on my ****** wallet so I could actually use it. First time I tried to use it, the vendor's card reader wasn't working, so I keyed in the number. Maybe that caused a red flag. No idea. The card stopped working after that. I finally got around to calling these jokers and they said they'd send a new one. Cool. But it never came. Instead, I got an email demanding I send a copy of my ID with current address and utility bill. I asked them to send me an encrypted link - I'm not sending PII through gmail. They just kept asking the same question, ignoring my request for a more secure file sharing. Seems like a ridiculous hassle for $19.40, especially when I didn't have to supply this information in the first place and there was no fraud related to this card. I ordered their **** gift card; it came with an offer of using it at certain vendors for a 5% per cent return on purchases, which I never received after using their vendors. Trying to get a live service **** is near impossible with all the senseless voice prompts, finally after being put on hold several minutes with a live **** he then told me with no explanation that this card doesn't offer that. This is in spite of the fact that the written material that comes with the card, and the website for the card says to the contrary that it does offer the 5% back. They were in charge of sending reward cards for Brightspeed- NEVER received "email issue" but somehow all the other emails get through except the one with the redemption codes!? Then they resolve the issue without resolving it during daytime WORK hours when I am not available. There is NO way to contact them except through their emails??? I have been waiting for my new gift card after purchasing one that did not work and it was for my 20 year anniversary at work. I get email stating they are working on it, but it's been almost two months now. I worked 20 years at my employer only to get screwed even more here.. I received my first gift card and got scammed from the website listed on the back the card . Then they sent a new one which couldnt be found from the phone number that was listed on the paper work .
