      This company ***** i bought a reloadit card and went to put the money in my safe online but when I tried to login to my online account I keep getting the technical difficulties error and i even waited 24 hr after doing that cleaning cookies and cache and I am ***** unable to login to this website. Something needs to be done about them asap. they deserve a no star rating and to be shutdown for such bad business practices.

      Received a **** debit gift card from this company as a gift for $50. I tried to register card and received error. Then checked balance on **** and $50 was balance on card. Took card on vacation and did not use it came home and went to use it and cashier stated that only $3.02 was on the card. Went online and looked at transactions and 1st transaction was done on 8/22 and then numerous small ones for the next next and half. Had I not tried to use the card the last $3.02 would have been gone. Tried contacting company and not access to speaking to actual customer service. When it asks for card number and information it wants a zip code which of course does not match since there must be another zip code on file. No prompt to talk to actual person. Very frustrating and disappointing. I feel more for the person that bought me the card. I feel like either someone knows how to get into their system or someone in the company. Because it was like as soon as I checked balance then the activity started. Reading from others this seems to be the case that once a check balance is done then the card ends up getting used up by someone that the card does not belong to. Very disappointed.

      This is a very unethical company. I purchased a ******** eGift card for a family member and these guys processed it. The gift card did not work, so I called them to request a refund. They transferred my call 4 times but did not help me. My money is still stuck with them.

      There is no mechanism for revising the recipient's address even though the card hadn't been sent yet. Also, there's no tracking available. I like the fact that I can use my own photo, but this transaction was a little stressful.

      I purchased a prepaid Mastercard from a big chair store in ******** and loaded money onto it for a trip. After the money was loaded and I called to activate the card and even before the trip occurred, the money was stolen off from this card. Once I learned to this situation, I contacted Blackhawk (out of CA) to file a claim and I was informed that the money had been stolen off from the card within 2 days after I had activated the card and more than likely the card was corrupt even before it left their business. I did file my complaint with Blackhawk on 6/14 and was told at that point and time once all my documentation was received, they would send out my complaint to the outside party to resolve this matter for me. Since then, I have contacted this company on numerous occasions only to be told that they are still working on this and they will work to resolve this matter for me. I asked them if no response is received, what the next steps were; I was then told that my case would go to the ************************* I asked if I could talk with this department to find out what they would be doing to then be told that they do not take calls. I then called their main customer service number; when my call was answered, I was asked how I obtained this number and was told that the only department I could speak with was their Customer Dispute area which is the area that I have already been speaking with; she could not/would not tell me who the ************************ is. I do not trust these people and please check your prepaid cards to make sure that you are not purchasing anything from this company.

      I ordered a **** gift card to be sent to our Son, who was in need and thought it a good idea, 8/21/22, it's now 8/24/22 and we've got nothing. I've called, phone is automated and wants a gift card number to get to a rep (hard to do when you don't have a GC) I've reached out in FB, ******************* Finally, with no help from BHN, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. They took my money pretty fast though. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

      A good alternative if you can't get to the store to purchase a gift card over the counter. I went with the regular delivery option, not expedited, and it the card got to the recipient on the regular postal schedule. I did alert the recipient to expect it in their mail delivery. They did. I'm very happy that Giftcards followed up to be sure that the gift card was received. Thanks for this service!
